They arrived on time as scheduled and were extremely polite and professional. We were shown the different solutions and costs involved with our situation. Gary from Pat Plumbing was great! He carefully listened to our plumbing challenges then fully examined all aspects of our plumbing system. He thoroughly explained the options and considerations for each of the things we want fixed and improved. He also found some concerns we were unaware of. At the end of the visit, he gave us a detailed quote and clearly explained our options. Gary was a real pleasure to deal with and we look forward to working with him and Pat Plumbing! Ryan replaced our defective old original cheapie outdoor faucets with new quality ones that will withstand winter freezing. They also have built-in backflow prevention to keep dirt and chemicals from the yard from getting into the water inside our house. He also added shutoff valves and straightened out some screwy original plumbing. Ryan was friendly, knows what he's doing and great to work with. Caleb is great to interact with and did a fantastic job! He identified a couple of serious safety issues with our furnace. He clearly explained everything and fixed it all wonderfully. Gary quickly solved our drain issues and gave us good suggestions on other questions we had. He's really great to work with! Justyn did a great job. Our furnace wasn't working this morning. The flame sensor needed cleaning. He got it running in just a couple of minutes.! Luke did a great job on our annual plumbing inspection and service! He also gave us some good advice and education about our water heater. Once again Luke did a quick great job! It's nice to have such a knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly plumber! All the folks we have dealt with at Pat's are top notch!

Luke was great. He was personable, professional, efficient, and explained the issue and the repair well to someone who is not a plumber. He also laid out our cost and what was included in the repair very well. He has definitely earned our business and we will call Pat again!

Service was extremely fast: I initially contacted them about my problem in the evening on Wednesday, and by 2:00 PM the next day their plumbers had installed four (4) new toilets and solved my problem completely. Both plumbers were extremely understanding of my problem and had a non-judgmental attitude. They offered me several options and allowed me to decide which one I wanted without pressuring me to select a specific one, although they did make a recommendation as to which option was best for my specific situation. They were punctual, professional, friendly and did high-quality work. My bill was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I needed near-commercial grade toilets to solve my issue, and these are more expensive than the worthless ones that were causing me so much grief. Since my final bill was quite large (over $3,700.00), it would have been nice if they had been able to offer me a financing plan so that I could pay over several months but I do realize that a lot of people might take advantage of them and not pay in a timely manner. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Pat Plumbing and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

When we bought our house, we needed a hot water tank. The service technician came out went over my options and had it installed in no time. Very informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any of your needs in this area.

The fact that more work was required after nearly finishing the main line was a bit discouraging. The extra charges I understand but should have been added in in the first place. The guys doing the work were great and easy to get along with. If they had not noticed a problem the extra work would have been missed and our second toilet would have been unusable. 12/14/18
