June 2025 - Paul was the man!!!!! He pointed out a lot of outdated electrical issues in our home that could be dangerous. He was very competent and efficient in his work. Neat, clean, and friendly as well. I would recommend him and NH Ross to anyone. August 5, 2025 - Jack and Patrick came to service and check up on my HVAC system. They did a great job. They inspected everything, and were friendly and efficient. They pointed out some things to repair proactively and explained why they were recommended. Would definitely look forward to having them back! August 7, 2025 - Jack came and troubleshooted a thermostat issue with my HVAC/heat system. He was patient, neat with his work and did a wonderful job. He wouldn't leave us without AC and heat. We appreciate his services so much. Thank you Jack.

A brand-new tankless water-heater installed a few days ago by NH Ross was not working properly. Owner Mr. Ross and customer rep (Jill) were very cooperative and communicative in responding to my emergency calls (on a Saturday) and sending Jack (technician) out to diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem. (No hot water). Jack was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful with answering questions and explaining things. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. I was able to take a long hot shower. Thank you. Just had AC tune-up w/ Daniel. Excellent communication and explanations of system. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

I am pleased with NH Ross. I am an Anchor Club member and they are always very responsive when I need help with plumbing, AC, or electric--usually coming the same day or the next day. My only reservation is that they are rather expensive.
