The office manager was very helpful and friendly, and was able to schedule me right away. Chris and Max showed up right on time, explained what they would do in an understandable way, and then they displayed on their tablet the expected charges with my options. They listened to my concerns, knew what they were doing and completed the job very professionally and on time. They even wore plastic over their shoes to avoid dirtying the floor! I was very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend the company.

Anthony, Ashley and Cole have done plumbing at my home on two occasions. I had a home filtration system just installed today. Anthony and Cole did a wonderful job! I am so pleased with this new system. Milford water does have some high contaminants in it. On a contamination gauge it was reading 285 ppm. Now, just after less than one hour of running the water, it is reading 11 ppm. This is a huge difference. I feel confident that no matter what we use water for in the home, whether it be drinking, washing produce, bathing, we have safe water!

Anthony DiCalogero has done several jobs for us. He is always timely, friendly, professional and clean. G&C always walks you through what they plan to do and offer several options for repair. Once they are complete, the technician describes what they have done and answers any questions you may have. I have and would still highly recommend G&C plumbing.

Ever since my wife and I discovered Chris Barry, Chris Sullivan and the rest of the gang at G&C Plumbing and Heating, our home lives have been SO much more comfortable than they were before that it’s sometimes hard to believe it’s the same place! Between the poorly-plumbed kitchen and bathroom, the nonfunctional kitchen sink disposal, the nicotine-caked baseboard radiator fins that smelled like ashtrays and stank up the place every time the heat went on and the sinks and toilets that looked like they’d been rescued from Alcatraz, our home kept Chris B. & company on their toes for weeks on end, but now, everything looks and works fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier!

G&C did a great job. The technician, Chris, did excellent work with our sump pump issue. He was great communicator, professional and thorough. He even provided suggested work on our oil tank and electrical considerations. I recommend G&C to anyone needing assistance, and especially Chris.

Professional and excellent scheduling

We had to have our toilets replaced. Chris and Evan did an excellent job making sure the job was done properly and explained everything every step of the process. They were friendly and professional.

We have used G&C since we moved to Millis over eight years ago. Everyone we have come in contact with from the company are courteous, knowledgeable and polite.
