Glen was very professional, he had a lot of work on Saturday but he still showed up at 9:30 pm to do the work. He didn’t have a part he needed so he ordered and was responsible enough and committed enough to make sure he got it on Monday to finish the job, once again after his working hours. He is a great asset to your company. Keep him around.

My central air stopped working and One Hour was able to come out the same day to troubleshoot. Jessie came out and did his thing. He found the problem in less than 10 minutes and was able to replace the part in about 15 minutes. The man was moving like a ninja. I would recommend one hour to anyone and everyone. Jessie is personable and knowledgeable about all things AC. I guarantee you he will not disappoint.
