Marius analyzed and fixed then problem in short order. Marius has been here several times and I find him to be professional and personable. I'm a professional engineer and appreciate his willingness to let me know what he is doing and why.

They helped respond to an emergency water heater situation, got me setup with a new install, had kind and courteous team members throughout the entire process, and kept it pretty darn reasonable with costs. Really appreciate, Brian, Dylan, and the entire team for making this not great situation as easy and smooth to deal with as possible. I will be a repeat customer to tackle other home projects moving forward! Communication from the entire team start to finish was great. Everyone was super timely and respectful. I also feel good about the warranty the Mac-Vik team provides. Knowing that I have peace of mind with this is such a huge relief.

Professional and efficient. The only down side was waiting for him to arrive. I was given a 3 hr window for arrival and he came at the very end of that window. Then the work began.
