Jorge is a wonderful asset to the company. He explains things well, provides evidence to back up his observations, and instills confidence. We were concerned about inspecting for mold in our AC unit and he followed all our wishes to a "T" and it became evident that this is standard practice for Mac-Vik. I would like to recommend Mac-Vik for all your furnace/air conditioning needs. I especially like Jorge. He helped me out last year with a complex air conditioning system. When it was installed improperly he took charge and explained everything. It took quite alot of work. His perseverance and expertise solved the problem. Now I see him annually for service to make sure I'm safe and secure. I enjoy seeing him each time.

March 18, 2025 Fernando Hernandez was very professional, and was able to resolve the issue with my garbage disposal in not a lot of time. He made sure that it now works with no issues. As always, I am very pleased and will continue to utilize Mac Vik for future needs. *************** July 12, 2023 I had an issue with my garbage disposal again where it wouldn't turn on. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Brooke. She was very kind and did some troubleshooting with me. As a result of the troubleshooting, the issue is resolved! Thank you Mac Vik for having employees like Brooke! Yet another reason that I will have Mak Vik for my plumbing needs!

Kurt was very positive and a super nice man. He came out with Tate and when they only worked on one toilet instead of two because one will need to be replaced, Kurt helped Tate, a new employee, with the invoice etc and then left me in good hands. Tate is a definite asset to the company, very nice and professional. He did a great job and was very careful to leave my bathroom cleaner than when he began the job. I also thank Tate for his service to our country while in the Navy. I think you have two "keepers" in Kurt and Tate.

Marius is a genius problem solver for our boiler. It's had a few unusual problems that others were not able to figure out. We are very happy with the service we've received from Mac-Vik and Marius.

As alway, Mac-Vik comes through! I came home last night and my boiler was not working. I immediatley called Mak-Vik and was able to have a technician come over within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and we were up and running. Right about the time he was leaving, it started snowing. I have been using Mac-Vik for the last 30 years and would recommend them to everyone! First rate service and professionalism!

We had our new furnace installed 9/2023. There were some unusual cuts required due to improper installation of previous furnace and they had to make 2 trips (approx. 1 hr each way). Laine was the installer and he made it all work with a smile... Alan coordinated and was very professional. Highly Recommend Mac-Vik!!

Ive used Mac-Vik for the four years Ive lived in my house. Like clock work I always have issues around the holidays, and they have always taken excellent care of me, always gotten out to me within 24 hours. A couple years ago they did in emergency call for me the day before thanksgiving when I was about to have 20 people in my house. Their technicians are always awesome, and they have worked with me when Ive been in a bind.
