Responsive and courteous! Showed up early as they called ahead! Gave some options and explained the mechanics of our salt water system . Explained costs and all!

Bill was right on time for my plumbing maintenance visit. He checked all faucets, pipes and hoses and flushed the water heater. He advised me of what he found and all is well except for 2 minor items that can wait for now. Efficient and thorough!

I called on Monday and Stephen was at my house on Tuesday. They are prompt and professional. He saw the shower and immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it. I cannot thank him enough. Also the pricing was reasonable.

Lewis was great. He was knowledgeable in the service he provided. He was very kind to our dogs. We really are happy with the service. We will be using your company again when we need our circuit box replaced. You should give Lewis a raise.

We purchased a hot tub and needed electric hooked up. We contacted Integrity and had our appointment schedule about a month out. Lewis contacted us serval times to confirm time and service needed. We also received emails keeping us posted on upcoming appointment. Lewis came out first thing in the morning, was very nice to my dogs, and was very professional. He did the wiring we needed and explained everything as he went. He did a great job for us, he even helped me get the heat and jets working on my hot tub. Lewis was very kind and professional and I would recommend him and Integrity to anyone who needs any service they offer. I know we will be using them in the future. Thank you so much for a great job. Also Lewis should get a raise. :)

Mitchell from Integrity Home Solutions showed up on time, came in and did an assessment. He gave me several options with different price points.He took less time than I thought to complete the job. I am very satisfied with Integrity Solutions and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Steven and Nick were professional thoroughly explained the process they were using to determine the issues. They discussed then what would correct these issues. More explanation than I would have expected, but in doing so established confidence in the knowledge and experience to repair the situation completely. Couldnt be more appreciative of them !!

I got a reasonable estimate. Work starts tomorrow, then I will add a review.

Jason was professional and found the leak where the previous guys missed. Nothing against Jason but this is the 3rd visit to my house in a week. I'm really not sure that I needed my entire copper line replaced and that cost me $1300 and I just purchased the unit. I think I would get at least half of that back for the continuous repeat of coming to fix this unit.
