Mr.. Coffey arrived on time, quickly inspected the situation and generated several cost estimate options for my review. After discussing the options with him I made a decision and he went right to work, quickly and efficiently fixing the problem. I am very pleased with the results and the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Coffey and John Moore services for plumbing repairs.

On Saturday, March 28th, I had a service appointment scheduled with the "Plumbing Department" and my service technician never showed up for my service appointment. They also never called to provide me with any kind of an update or reason for them failing to show up! My appointment window was from 8:00 A.M - 12:00 P.M. and was scheduled by an "AI Representative," which I'm sure was the initial cause of this very poor customer service. I continued to call several times to receive a status update, and I was continuously told that the service technician would reach out to me to provide me with an ETA, but this never happened! I ultimately called and cancelled my appointment out of frustration and being highly disgusted! My entire Saturday was wasted as a result of waiting on a technician that never had the courtesy to contact me as the customer to notify me of what the delay was! Ultimately, I called another highly reputable company - ABACUS" and was able to receive FIRST-RATE customer service by speaking with a REAL HUMAN customer service representative. They scheduled me an appointment and successfully provided me the service that I needed. They were also prompt and professional with their service! It's highly sad how John Moore's has gone down with such POOR customer service as a result of these highly INCOMPETENT computerized AI Technicians that are being pushed on the customers, rather than using "REAL" human customer service representatives to serve the customers! It's highly sad, unprofessional, and pathetic! I have been a loyal John Moore's customer for over 8 years, and this is the first time I experienced such a negative experience. Moreover, this was also the first time I called to make a service appointment and was forced to communicate with a "computerized AI Technician," rather than a real human being! I would like for management to respond to this situation in some way! I highly recommend that you CEASE the use of AI Technicians and return to prioritizing the strong, high level of customer services that has always yielded from REAL HUMAN customer services representatives! The extremely POOR customer experiences that are yielding from this phenomenon of using AI Technicians is going to ultimately DESTROY this company because the POOR customer service that I experienced in this situation was highly SHAMEFUL, PATHETIC, SAD, and INCONSIDERATE on multiple levels!
