My John Moore’s Electrician technician was Mr. Jed Johnson and he installed a new doorbell transformer that I needed. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and punctual during my service visit. He examined my doorbell transformer portal very promptly and explained very thoroughly the recommendations that he found. Moreover, he provided, and answered all my questions very clearly, and thoroughly. Overall, I was very pleased with my service.
Insect spraying per schedule, always on and provide excellent service because he thoroughly explains to the customer what he will be doing on the date of service.
Jacob was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable, He tried to repair the problem we had but it turned out to be a very expensive repair thru no fault of him.

Frank came in the evening, was on time and on Friday. He did a better than excellent job, insisted on cleaning up after he was done. A very nice person in that he explained everything as he did it and explained the expectations of the outcome. As a result of the visit I also subscribed to the service plan for my AC and hot water heater. I will not hesitate to call them again.
