I didnt think this kind of customer service existed anymore. Leo arrived on time, introduced himself and was very friendly. I had initially contacted All Pro Plumbing namely because I saw their service vehicles working on a neighbors home. I received a lot more information about my home then I had anticipated. I had called regarding a leaky irrigation system and received a crash course in water pressure and the potential long term effects of excess pressure. Leo placed shoe covers on when he entered my home. He checked the water pressure and showed me the gauge results. He then proceeded to write 2 estimates. One was for updating the water pressure system to my home and the other was for the repair of the irrigation system. He also advised Id receive a 15% discount if I obtained there membership services. I will definitely be using All Pro Plumbing for my homes needs based on the thorough explanations, information and exceptional customer service provided by Leo.

David was outstanding: he kept me informed throughout the whole process. It impressed me when he said that when his company is called upon to fix a plumbing their goal is to fix the problem permanently. They do not merely tweak a problem. I give David my highest recommendation.

I've been suffering through scalding hot and freezing cold water in my shower. Three different plumbers attempted to solve the issue with no lasting results. James came today and listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing and came up with a couple solutions. As I continued to talk about what I was experiencing, James figured out what was going on. He had the parts available and made the repair in a very timely manner. James cleaned up the area he was working in and demonstrated the results to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the service I received today and will continue to use All Pro Plumbing. All Pro installed my new HVAC unit. From the beginning of the process ( estimates) to the finish, I was exceptionally impressed. They went above and beyond expectations in customer care. Me and my brothers comfort was their first priority. A portable air conditioner Was provided for 2 rooms til work began the next morning. (This was my last estimate of the day and it ended after normal business hours. Just a side note....Mike, the service manager came by after hours because I wanted just 1 more estimate. He came by to talk to me with no hesitation. I enjoyed watching the true camaraderie of the crew, Chris, Hans, and Tyrone. They were very professional and worked as if they truly enjoyed the work. Very rare these days. There is so much more I want say, but I will conclude with this....if you want old fashioned customer service, care to detail, and very very knowledgeable people, This is your company
