He arrived as scheduled. Pleasant and courteous. Answered my questions and explained options. Checked water sample. Texted the summary and pricing for a filter system. Will need to talk with family members to move forward. I will call, when decided. Hopefully, in the next few days.

We were very pleased with the work that Putnam Plumbing (Plumber was Charlie) did for us today. When we explained the issue we had, he was able to give us an explanation of what he thought was the root cause and the cost to repair. He was thorough and professional and his preliminary diagnosis was correct. We also appreciated Putnam Plumbing keeping us informed of his expected arrival time.
