208 Properties is the BEST property management I’ve ever had. I’ve rented a few places over the past 6 years and dealt with a variety of property management companies. None of them have even come close to how good these guys are! They have assistance with security deposit, welcoming and friendly walk through when getting your keys, we even got hats and Dutch Bros gift cards! There have been a couple of issues that they have taken care of immediately. I recently had my first inspection and this was not a regular 5 minute inspection. They helped with maintence, answered all of my questions about the house, checked to make sure everything was working properly, super nice guy. If you’re going to rent from anyone I would highly recommend them!!

I don't write google reviews very often, but 208.properties in general and Miranda personally really deserve one with 5 starts! Coming to Boise from out of state has been quite an adventure given the incredibly challenging housing market to navigate, and we are very grateful for how the team at 208 has taken care of us. Long story short, the owner of the property we rented last summer through 208 unexpectedly decided to put their house for sale a few months before the ending of our 12-month lease at the end of this August. Needless to say it has been a rather stressful time for the whole family, but it also showed us we are really in good hands with 208. They not only insured that the 12-month lease was carried through to the end, but also made it possible for us to stay a little longer when we needed additional time to find a suitable rental that is still close enough to our daughter's school. Yet that is not all--when a tenant informed Miranda a couple of days ago of their decision to move out of a potentially suitable property nearby, she immediately informed us and upon our request also talked to the owner to secure for us an extended lease term at a reasonable rent. Thank you 208 team, and especially Miranda, your hearts and efforts to care for both the property owners and tenants as a community are like fresh air that make Boise a fairer and better housing market for us all! Having read so many negative google reviews of many property management companies in this growing city, I believe they can all learn something from 208.properties!

Martin with maintenance was able to help solve a problem over the phone very quickly and professionally once I noticed after a couple days no fuses were tripped but an outlet was, saving me from losing hundreds of dollars worth of meat in a chest freezer.

Their quick response in addressing our refrigerator issue minimized disruptions, and arranging the repair so promptly was greatly appreciated. Providing a temporary refrigerator was a thoughtful touch that kept our household running smoothly. I have worked with 208 properties for nearly 5 years now. I think they are the best I've ever known in my whole life - and I've known a few. They keep their places repaired and upkeep is not a problem. When I report something as a tenant, I get immediate answers. I would recommend working with them to anyone I know.
208. properties was very good about updating and calling to discuss how my application process was going. The system did crash while my roommates and I were signing leases, so we did have to re-sign but your team did a good job of quickly handling this situation. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Im very picky, but Matt has done everything he could have done to make sure we were taken care of through the whole process from just being interested in a property all the way through move in. Its been a really long time since Ive felt valued as a renter, and Matt, and by extension 208 Properties, have made it absolutely clear that we are valued. I will be absolutely happy to continue our renters relationship with Matt and 208 Properties.
