Had no real problems with any sort of leakage after the guy came and fixed the hole alongside the house. We were kept reasonably in the loop and overall not anything bad to say about the experience.

The 208.properties staff and maintenance partners have been outstanding from day one! We have been renting with them for nearly 2 years now, and from the first interaction with them we have been warmly welcomed and treated with customer service above and beyond what was expected. They helped us in finding the right home that fit our needs and desires, and every communication that we have had since, has been more like a friendship conversation than a business transaction. They have been immediate and efficient to respond to any maintenance request, and very respectful of tenant privacy. They are honest, kind, and most definitely a company that I will continue to use both now as a renter and in the future when I am a homeowner. The 208.properties staff are happy employees, which shows in their work and interaction with their clients. I never thought I would appreciate or care for a property management company so much, but then along came 208.properties!

We absolutely loved our experience with Tedi and Kevin! Tedi helped us so much by taking us through houses and sending us properties we would love. They were so helpful during the looking, buying and closing processes. This was our first home buying experience and they made it so fun and easy. Tedi and Kevin are both so knowledgeable and it put my fiancee and I at ease knowing we had wonderful people on our side looking out for our best interests.
