Tom kostelecky is by far the best home inspector/maintenance person I have ever had an interaction with, Very nice and respectful person. Update. 2nd time he's been over and still the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, he's honest takes time to awnser questions and teaches small things when time is available.
