The Mel Carr electrician, Ethan and assistant Brittany assigned to the project at our home on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 were both extremely professional, competent, punctual, courteous and excellent representatives of your company. We had informed the scheduler that we had to attend a 100th year old’s birthday party early Tuesday evening and we appreciated how accommodating everyone was in postponing the remaining work until Wednesday. Ethan arrived promptly Wednesday morning and proceeded to finish up the project, on his own because Brittany had been assigned to another project. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the explanations Ethan gave of the project. We will gladly consider your company for any future needs.

Ethan Brown and Kevin completed a number of projects for us and we were most pleased with their promptness, their professionalism and their pleasant, friendly and positive attitude. They installed a bathroom light/ceiling fan installed an exterior outlet, redid 4 kitchen outlets and did major replacements in the main breaker box. I highly recommend them.

Gary and his assistant were amazing! Very professional, courteous and fast. They restored my power quickly and went above and beyond their duties to help clean up water in my basement from the sump pump having no power. This is the second time I’ve used their services and I will be a long term (but hopefully infrequent ) customer.
