Justin called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He looked in the attic for accessibility to install fans; looked at the power panel to determine where to wire; discussed routing wires if necessary to run a new circuit; checked outside for placement. He prepared estimates for several options and reviewed them with me. Very happy with this Mel Carr technician.

Very efficient timely and great

Gary and Ryan were on time and professional. They installed a 50 Amp breaker and ran wire from my basement panel to an outlet they installed in my garage for my welder. They were super nice.

Len and Kevin did a great, professional job.

They did an awesome job and were very personable. They replaced my fuse box and redid a bunch of old wiring. Len took point on the job with the help of Kevin. Both were knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. I felt comfortable having them in my home and had no issues when I left them to run errands. My house is over a hundred years old so the wiring is no easy task but they did some excellent work after some tricky diagnostics. I would definitely recommend them.

I received a warm introduction via text beforehand to ease my apprehension about opening my door while being home alone. He was courteous, affable and knowledgeable. Although the quote was too high, it was a pleasant experience.

Ethan Brown and Kevin completed a number of projects for us and we were most pleased with their promptness, their professionalism and their pleasant, friendly and positive attitude. They installed a bathroom light/ceiling fan installed an exterior outlet, redid 4 kitchen outlets and did major replacements in the main breaker box. I highly recommend them.

They restored my power quickly and went above and beyond their duties to help clean up water in my basement from the sump pump having no power.
