Had dropped a small air freshener spray while flushing. Ended up the canister was lodged in the toilet not in the pipes. Ended up getting a new toilet installed. They responded to our call right away. After they reviewed the leak they spent the entire day making the repairs. The leak was worse than thought, but they did everything required to return our water service. We were super pleased with our experience.
