Meares Plumbing installed a new gas water heater when ours (after 15 years!) did not work anymore. They came promptly, and exactly when they said they would be there. They kept me informed by pictures as to everything they did and that there would be no hidden costs. Austin L our technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, tidy, and efficient. Happy customers! Update: 5/26/26 Our gas water heater pilot light went out and we could not get it to come on. We called Meares again since they installed it 2 yrs ago and they came out the same day. Our technician this time was David. He had it lit in no time! Since he was here he also fixed our loose/rocking toilet! Super neat, clean, courteous and worked quickly! Thank you! Meares is our go to anytime we need plumbing or gas repairs. We will definately request David again also!
