Prices at Meares have steadily climbed so are likely to market but high. $250 to fix a toilet after approx $100 annual maintenance contract.. So, overall value? 4.

We purchased a new kitchen faucet. Dylan removed the old kitchen faucet, old water valves installing new quarter turn ball valves and our new kitchen faucet. He did a terrific job ensuring everything worked perfectly and explained the new faucet features. He made sure the area in our kitchen was clean. Great job. Clogged drain. Mathew Finley did a good job clearing the roots from the main drain quickly so we could use the toilet and shower. Absolutely recommend Meares Plumbing and Electrical. He returned to insure tree roots will never clog the main drain. A professional plumbing job, great work. We needed electrical work for a screw in socket. Brandon found the problem and quickly fixed it. Great job, happy with his work. We needed a new water heater and as usual Meares agent did a terrific job.

I am very satisfied with Spencer's work. He is personable and professional. He gave me crucial tutorials for cleaning out dirt from my conditioner tank (long story) and my water heater tube. I would recommend Spencer to anyone needing service.
