Jonathan (Jay) was great. He got my toilet fixed in no time. Jay then proceeded to replace all my water valve shut-offs in the bathroom with new 90 degree shut-off valves. Good job with Alex's help.

Great communication and a smooth, fast process.

Michael and his partner were on time and professional. They came to clean out my backed up toilet. Michael used the camera in my sewer line to see if there were any breaks in the line. He found one break on the edge of my property and where the city line is but he said it wasn't so significant as long as I routinely clean it out. Because the repair cost will be more than I can currently afford. I was able to ask many questions and they were able to explain in a way that I could understand. They were patient with me and my questions and gave me clear explanations and next steps to take in the near future. They even cleaned my tub out where the water backed up into. I am appreciative of the work they did and would highly recommend this company. Thanks for your quick response and the work you did for me.

Michel and Tyler did a great job. They arrived and promptly diagnosed the issue. Everything was taken care of quickly. They were courteous and thorough. We will definitely call Metro Flow again if plumbing services are needed. We've never had drain cleaning done so I wasn't sure about the price, but since it was on a Sunday and a holiday weekend it was probably fair.

My technician Chris was great. He rebuilt two toilets that weren’t functioning well and did a very clean job on re-installation of one of them that had been wobbly and crooked. UPDATE: I had Chris come back for another job and it was pretty non-standard (engineering some connections between an old plunge and a chiller). Watched Chris do some creative problem solving on the spot and I’m very happy with the results.

I am having a major plumbing job done. Replacing and relining my old 50+ year old cast iron sewer line. Metro-Flow plumbing is doing a fantastic job. It has been a challenge, as you would expect, but I know when it is finished we will be extremely happy and glad we finally got it done. I was very happy with the work that these men did at my house. I did have a problem. I thought the commode was a little loud flushing, and they told me they would do whatever I needed to make me happy. My son-in-law came, who is an engineer. He said the commode was doing what it was suppose to do and it was the top of the line. So I called back today to say I was happy and I will call again if I need help. Thank You.
