Once again Steve's Plumbing And Heating is my hero. My AC quit working over the weekend. And they were able to squeeze me in on their busy Monday schedule. Huge shout out to Shawna for getting me in the schedule and Eric for coming out in the rain to get my AC up and running. Our Service Tech, Gabriel, is simply the best! He offered info & suggestions regarding my furnace inquiries. And since I just called the other day, being a new customer, this was a super prompt service call!! Thank You, Gabriel & Steve’s! New Review (for job completed 12/04/2025): 5 STARS! Once again, Steve's Plumbing & Heating surpassed my expectations! We woke up to NO HEAT; we called in at prox 06:15 hours. We had a tech at our house & heat restored by prox 08:00 hours! We previously purchased their heating/air protection membership which put us at the top of their list of customers to service. The issue was the wall thermostat (only +- 3 yrs) which was replaced with an Ecobee enhanced thermostat. We now track the status of heating & A/C on our phones! AGAIN, kudos to the men & women at Steve's Plumbing & Heating!! Service on our Ecobee furnace thermostat on April 8th: Gabriel stopped by to check why our thermostat suddenly powered down. He was here maybe 10 minutes & worked out the issue (possible fuse I believe?). Matt & Ron did an excellent job making the repairs to the infrastructure of the bathroom; Flange, Wax Ring and PVC drain pipe, adding a new metal water shut off as well for prep work installing a new toilet. Thanks, Matt & Ron, just excellent service all the way around.

Gabe did a great job. Answered all questions. Went over his findings and what he evaluated and serviced. Very thorough. I feel he really cares about what he does for people. Will definitely be using him and Steve's Plumbing again. I have already told others about them.
