After a visit from Efrain and diagnosing the condenser, he found the unit had discharged all freon. We agreed repairing unit would be too costly. I explained the issue of my wife's health condition and he called the office to set up a service call by Fernando. We were expecting maybe tomorrow, but he arrived that afternoon. We also were kept updated on my phone wit the status of appointments. Fernando started out by asking about my wife's health status. After that he started addressing our needs for a new unit. He took his time explaining the pros and cons for a new system. WE eventually settled on a 5 ton American Standard unit. He took precise measurements for removal of old unit and replacement of new unit. He went to his truck and worked up a quote for the project and made a call to the main office to initiate the project. When presented the quote, I accepted as it came in a little less than my neighbor who had just replaced his with the same unit. Before Fernando left, he asked if he could speak to my wife and offer some words of encouragement. A touching moment for the both of us, since we had just met Fernando. Afterward I realized that he was spending a lot of time just learning about us and we about him. After he left, we discussed taking her to her Mother's home as the temp was starting to approach 90. We suspected the unit would take a couple of days to get here. I was surprised when I got a update the next morning that the install crew would be out about noon. What I found out later, was the company was working as a team to get this project expedited in order to get my wife back in a cool home soon. Adrian and his crew arrived a little after 12 noon. They worked from12:00pm to about 7:00pm getting the old unit out and the new unit installed. They ran into some problems during install, but worked right through them. Fernando came by about 5:00pm to check on status of install. He remained until job was complete. I apologize for this being so long, but I wanted to explain what real customer service was like. From the time the problem was diagnosed until project was completed was about 33 hours. The unit is working great. The 5 ton really puts the air out. Zach performed maintenance on HVAC units at two of my houses today. He was very thorough, efficient, and effective. I am very appreciative of his work.
Both of our condensing units were stolen. HVAC Experts made a special trip to Lubbock to get the unit we needed and it had installed the next morning. Our second unit will be installed in the morning. We are so appreciative. The extra effort from this team is impressive.
Felix Rodriguez was quick to find and fix the issue, an hour and my AC was back on. Outstanding attitude. I would be very happy to work with him again if the need arises!

I called at 6am Father’s Day and the phone was answered. Arrangements were made for emergency service. The technician came earlier than expected and was polite. He fixed the problem and checked everything inside and outside. Well done.

Eric was great. He was very polite and friendly. He explained everything so I could understand.
Eric was great and he was right on time! He took 45 minutes to diagnose the problem of a failed compressor which is why I gave the sad face. He even spoke to his supervisor while he was at my house and was able to find a solution to my problem. I'm sad that it was 100 degree weather to find out that it had failed. I will submit another review when the replacement is complete.
Zach arrived in the designated time frame, went right to work, and finished in a timely manner. I had a couple of questions which he answered for me. Having a cool house felt so much better, after the 100 degree days with no A/C.
Christoper came at the scheduled time. He assessed the problem and within 6 minutes everything was repaired. He was courteous, and knowledgeable. Would recommend HVAC for your repairs.
Really happy with my service. My technician Fabian was knowledgeable, friendly and taught me some things. Our AC has been working overtime due to the heat lately and he was able to give me some tips to help with that and hopefully lower my electric bill.
