Our furnace/ac were installed by CM, we are members of their yearly service and wouldn’t have it any other way. This year, year 6, a few things were seen during inspection that needed some attention. Kevin Singson did a fantastic job! He was friendly, had excellent suggestions, arranged for air to circulate through the house, & told us a potential problem to look out for in the future. He worked very hard, including removing a large part to thoroughly clean it and then putting it back in place - with less than an inch to spare in getting the casing out and back in to the furnace with a large water heater blocking the way.
