Our heat pump stopped working. I called CM Heating and they sent a technician out the same day. Our unit is not one they carry, but Adam was able to diagnose our problem and proposed a couple of solutions. He checked on our warranty and determined that we should have coverage for the part. He ordered the part and made arrangements with the office to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. We’re very happy with Adam and CM.

Hagen Tidwell was prompt and provided a thorough inspection in trouble shooting the thermostat issue. Friendly and kept me informed as he checked the HVAC, furnace and the control pad. Lennox thermostat went out and costly to replace. No reflection on CM Heating they are great. But Lennox is no longer on my choice list for or referrals to friends. CM provided same day service, great to work with at a reasonable price.

Charles was thorough with the inspection, also he cleaned the filters and it took the time to make sure the furnace was left in working order. I highly recommend Charles and would like to have him do the next service on my furnace.
