Bought our fireplace from these guys a few years back and it works great. Randomly had an issue with our remote and brought it in and the guys shared a pro tip of sorts and offered a free set of Duracells to fix it. Turns out the remote requires Duracells and it’s just a quirk with the brand but appreciated them replacing it for me at no charge and letting me walk out with a working remote and a satisfied customer.

Nick did a fantastic job, the fireplace works better than ever... we had no idea it had a blower or that there was a more thermodynamic way to arrange the logs for better air flow? Clearly the idiot who arranged them last (me) was not a Fireplace professional. He painted the inside so it looks like new and dusted out years of debris and spiders...eew. Anyway, thank you Nick, my wife loves it ...the fireplace tune up was money well spent.
