After receiving a few quotes for Electricians in NDG, I decided to reach out to Electrika by messenger asking for a quote to install a ceiling fan. They called me and said the technician visit was 98$ and that included a 2hour stay. I was so surprised about the price that I asked "Really? 98$ only?!" and the employee confirmed and an electrician was scheduled to come install my ceiling fan. When the electrician arrived, he showed me his tablet with the price of 98$for the technician and then he went into ceiling fan installation section and it was clearly indicated that for ceilings under 10ft, the price is 249$ and for 10ft and more , it's 289$... I couldn't believe it, the price was clear as day on the tablet but the phone call with the clerk, there was no talk about the 289$. I almost cried and > wanted to turn him away but I couldn't afford to lose 98$plus TX since that was going to be charged no matter what. I felt blindsided, especially after having taken the time to do my research carefully in order to find the best price. I wrote to them on messenger and no one ever got back to me. I feel like I was robbed because I would of never paid a total of 445$ to install one fan. Why was I not informed about this total price ? This company should send quotes out by email instead of calling their customers after they write in by e-mail. My electrician was amazing but I feel I got royally screwed. Important : Insist on having a quote by writing

I recently bought a house with ancient ungrounded electrical. Kyle and Reza from Electrika did a fantastic job bringing it all up to code to the best of their ability in a timely fashion. They were polite, courteous and professional the whole way through, and even took the time to explain things to me as best as they could when decisions needed to be made. I cannot recommend them enough!
Came to estimate a job. Electrika communicates arrival time before the electrician shows up through email and text messages. Kyle is professional, courteous, and took the time to understand my needs which were complicated... He explained delays for the quote and for when work can start, and warranty information. Electrika has customer service all figured out.
