No one likes having to call a plumber. But I am gratefully for a honest company like Craftsman Plumbing. We’ve used them a few times over the last handful of years. The technicians are always knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Today I had to have them out to address a sink pipe issue. The technician, Montory, got it fixed quickly and inexpensively. I hope I don’t have to call a plumber again anytime soon. But if I do, I’ll call Craftsman again.

I had a great experience having a drain unclogged. Monty came out the same day I contacted the company, did a thorough home inspection, and fixed the clog. He discovered some old valves that need replacing, have is a quote for that, and even popped a new washer on our garden hose as he was checking the outdoor faucet. Really appreciate his friendly, professional approach and explanations, and we'll definitely be contacting this company again for future projects.

Monty was great. He showed up right on time. He talked through our problems and presented very realistic estimates. He also fixed our tub faucet on the spot in a few minutes. Get him a raise.

We had Craftsman replace all of our old galvanized pipes in our home. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of their work, the respect for our property, and their integrity. The cuts into the wallboard were minimal and clean, and they completed the work in the timeframe they gave us. Craftsman wasnt the lowest bid we received however Drew inspected our home for more than an hour. The other companies did a walk thru in about 15 minutes!! We felt confident that Craftsmans estimate accurately detailed the work that needed to be done. And we were rightno add-on surprises. Craftsman guarantees their work for 6 years! Absolutely, without hesitation, I recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

The technician was professional and helpful. He wore his mask and covered his shoes before entering the house. He was accurate with his work and did a great job!

I called Craftsman plumbing about a non-leaking problem with the faucet on my kitchen sink. A plumber was out on Wednesday, and made what he thought was the necessary repair. Unfortunately, I discovered the next day that that the problem was more complicated. I called them, and within less than 90 minutes one of their most senior plumbers was at my house. He figured out what needed to be done, which took a bit more time than the original repair. He did what needed to be done, and I wasn't charged at all for this second visit, as I was told it was considered a warranty call. Skilled, timely, honest, and they stand by their work. I will call them again for anything plumbing related.
