Cameron was AMAZING! Craftsman was the 5th company we had look at a complex problem and Cameron was the only one that was able to come up with a clean fix that took one day and was half the price of the other suggestions. He was so digilent about finding us the correct solution and keeping us from spending money on something that would’ve been a huge headache in the future. While Craftsman may not always be the cheapest company, I can say with certainty they will make it worth your while!!

Connected an espresso machine to home supply water. Easy right? No, there was a conversion from British to US standard. There was a space issue behind the refrigerator. There was a T joint addition and on top of all that there was the fear of leaking with all these connection joints. Craftsman sent a professional who came in on time, listed to the requirements and completed work quickly and without any after-the-fact leaking. Thanks.

We had Craftsman replace all of our old galvanized pipes in our home. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of their work, the respect for our property, and their integrity. The cuts into the wallboard were minimal and clean, and they completed the work in the timeframe they gave us. Craftsman wasnt the lowest bid we received however Drew inspected our home for more than an hour. The other companies did a walk thru in about 15 minutes!! We felt confident that Craftsmans estimate accurately detailed the work that needed to be done. And we were rightno add-on surprises. Craftsman guarantees their work for 6 years! Absolutely, without hesitation, I recommend Craftsman Plumbing.

The technician was professional and helpful. He wore his mask and covered his shoes before entering the house. He was accurate with his work and did a great job!

I called Craftsman plumbing about a non-leaking problem with the faucet on my kitchen sink. A plumber was out on Wednesday, and made what he thought was the necessary repair. Unfortunately, I discovered the next day that that the problem was more complicated. I called them, and within less than 90 minutes one of their most senior plumbers was at my house. He figured out what needed to be done, which took a bit more time than the original repair. He did what needed to be done, and I wasn't charged at all for this second visit, as I was told it was considered a warranty call. Skilled, timely, honest, and they stand by their work. I will call them again for anything plumbing related.
