They were friendly, on time and left a tidy work site on my roof replacement. Also, the sales rep let my 4 year old fly the drone they used to inspect the old roof, which was a big highlight for him. Great service. Update: I had some damaged shingles a couple years later. They were really responsive and fixed right away. Super company to work with.

Amstill Roofing just finished replacing the roofs of several townhomes in the community I live in (Pearland). Rigo was the onsite superintendent and I cannot say enough about how hard their personnel worked in the heat of the summer. They did a really good installation and cleanup was excellent and Rigo spent a lot of time on-site.

I had an old roof that needed to be replaced and so I contacted several roofers to get a quote and make a decision as to which roofer to hire. I chose Amstill roofing and I’m so glad I did. They did an amazing job from start to finish. To begin with, Tanner Hilliard did a thorough job of inspecting my roof. His presentation was very detailed and informative since he presented pertinent information that I needed to know to make an informed decision. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and answered all my questions. In the end, he presented me with three options, and I selected the best one for my roofing needs. On the day of the installation, Jose Lopez, the senior supervisor on site, explained how the day would progress and if I had any questions. You could tell he was highly experienced at this since he answered all my questions easily and everything went exactly as he said it would go. Jose and his crew got the roof on my two story house done in one day. Mind you, I have a very steep roof and they were still able to get the entire job done in one day without any issues. At the end of the job, Jose did a detailed walk through with me showing the work that had been completed. Even the cleanup was extremely thorough. My new roof looks amazing and Amstill did a phenomenal job. It was well worth the money I paid for my new roof.

Recently called Amstill Roofing to give me an estimate to replace my roof after I had been approached by another roofing company after a hail storm. That company told me they could see damage and that they felt it would leak soon. Zac and Curt with Amstill came out to do an inspection and had the decency to tell me my roof is in top notch condition and that they would not recommend replacing it at this point. In a time when it’s extremely difficult to find honest companies, I’m grateful to have come across Amstill roofing first in my quest to get a new roof. If there were a Michelin guide for roofing companies, Amstill Roofing would have a three-shingle rating — and that’s the highest honor in the world of asphalt and flashing. I had them come out to inspect my roof, half expecting the usual “welp, better tear it all down and start fresh” song and dance. But instead, they gave me something shockingly rare in home services: a fair, honest, and totally reasonable assessment. I nearly fell off the roof from surprise. They did the repairs promptly, the work was top-notch, and the price? Let’s just say I double-checked the invoice to make sure they hadn’t accidentally left off a zero. Meanwhile, the other quotes I got from local contractors looked more like a down payment on an Escalade. Then, when I switched insurance providers and they demanded a full roof replacement, Amstill Roofing did something incredible — they helped me file an appeal. Yes, they willingly helped me not give them more money. What?!? Special shoutout to Richard Martinez, who I’m convinced could do a precision roofing assessment blindfolded during a windstorm. This guy is a true artisan, hard working and nice. If there were a Hall of Fame for shingles, his hammer would be in it. All in all, I’d trust these folks with my roof, my wallet, and probably my life in a thunderstorm. Five stars, no leaks.

My experience with Amstill was 10/10! I called 4 different reputable roofers in the Houston area for a quote on my issue. Amstill was the only one to call me back and follow up. Hart scheduled my job asap and was very thorough in explaining my options. The crew was onsite later that week and it was a one day job. There was no upselling on anything I didn’t need. I have recommended them to friends and family. Quality work and excellent customer service. I am storm ready and doubt I’ll have another issue, but if I do, I will call Hart.

Amstill Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof. Adam Prentice, the Project Manager, was very professional and did a very thorough job. For several reasons we had to delay the job but Adam was very patient and made things happen when at last we were able to proceed. My wife and I were very happy with both the result and the speed. Adam had a relatively large crew and they were able to do a great job in plenty enough time to allow us to put all of our potted plants back in their places the same day. We had seen other homes in our neighborhood done by Amstill and we had high expectations. They very much met all of our expectations.

My wife and I opted to put a new roof on the property and obtained a number of quotes from several reputable companies. Adam visited again during the week for 2.5 hours explaining the products available, craftsmanship, warranties, etc. Although Adam left our house at 9:00pm without a signed contract, Adam was always pleasant and professional and never “pushy. The crew arrived before the scheduled time and completed the work at dusk. The property, including our inground pool and jacuzzi, was completely protected. Adam was under the weather but was last to leave and stayed to answer any questions/concerns and collected any minor items left/observed. Amstill Roofing continues to be a great vendor that Ill always recommend to friends and neighbors. They stand by their work and are always dependable. Amstill put the roof on our house nearly 11 years ago after Hurricane Ike. I called for a check up on a minor issue and an inspector was on-site the next morning. When he determined that the issue needed a more experienced person, the Senior Forman arrived the following morning and quickly resolved the problem. The employee that came today told us that he has worked for Amstill for 31 years! Impressive! Jose (Project Mgr) was outstanding and went to work immediately on a small patch job after a recent rain. Ive now used Amstill on two occasions, small and large, and will use them again.

A salesman from Amstill gave me a free inspection the day after a storm and recommended that I file a claim for a new roof. Unfortunately, after several inspections including a report by a structural engineer, my roof did not meet the guidelines for full replacement and my insurance company sent me a letter of non-renewal. Sam agreed to do some critical repairs for me in order to get the roof in a condition good enough to get insurance from another company. Even though they were not able to get me a complete new roof, I feel like they did everything they could to help me under the circumstances.
