Update as of 12/3/25 (photo Included) It’s currently raining and leaking again. As you know, we’ve had this issue before. The leak coming from around the fireplace. The crew addressed what they thought was causing it, but I’ve been dealing with this ever since the roof was replaced. I’m done with the finger-pointing and people saying one thing or another. I took matters into my own hands and cut into the interior ceiling to find the source. I have confirmed that the roof is leaking from the decking where a patch was made on install day. Update as of 9/6/24: good news! Problem has been addressed, crew came out today, Friday to pull flashing from chimney to inspect, to prove to me that the work was done correctly, which it was!!! The crew also pushed the ridge vent back away from fireplace, again to easy my mind. I hope with these results we have success, but only time will tell! Update as of 9/5/24: read before hiring!!! Complaint; Roof started leaking during hurricane Beryl, was given the run around until now. They have clearly said that all the work was done 100% and that the leak was caused by something else! Wow, nothing shocking there. When asked to get proof regarding one of the items in the contract, they were unable to provide proof( flashing scored into brick fireplace) This detail was important because of the location of the leak. What Amstill did provide; Excuses Conflicting information Unsatisfactory customer service A roof the leaks Only cost me 27,000 dollars, I receive better customer service from a 200 dollar install from Bestbuy. Proof I had my new insurance company come by inspect the roof, they were the ones who told me that that detail was not done. Well I guess you win some and lose some but I am getting tired of losing. What I want My roof not to leak!! I guess I am asking for to much. That’s all folks My current homeowner insurance company was requiring me to replace my roof. I reached out to Amstill and Matt was the person I spoke to on the phone. He was kind and understanding of my frustration with my current homeowner insurance. He recommended a free roof inspection to take a look at the condition of my roof. Upon inspection, Matt found that there were signs of hell damage throughout my roof. Matt recommended I claim with my homeowner insurance company. He was able to meet with the adjuster and had the claim approved. I was ecstatic because there was no way I was going to be able to afford a new roof. Thanks to Matt, he was able to make it possible, I cannot say enough about Matt, Jose, and the crew of 14 guys who installed my roof in one day.
Follow up to the work performed on our house: Marlon and his super crew did a wonderful job and kept us informed throughout the work. Highly recommended.
Crew of 14 with 2 supervisors knocked out 8200 sq ft of shingles in one day including 5 attic breeze fans. Guys worked really hard and took few breaks....did an excellent job installing and spent a lot of time cleaning up on day 2. Jose and Evan worked with the crews and coordinated materials. Chino was overall supervisor and kept things moving. Respected the plants...pool... furniture and lawn. Highly recommend them !
Enes was very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. His video of our roof was a excellent key in showing us damaged areas as we haven't been up there ourselves. Hopefully our next experience with Amstill goes as good!
Amstill roofing sent a very knowledgeable and professional representative named Will to speak to me about my roof. He answered my questions and explained the roof replacing process well to me. Though I may not need a roof immediately I will soon and will go with Amstill for sure.

Jones Massey did a great job when he came to look at our potentially damaged roof. He showed me options and made suggestions to improve the integrity of our roof which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using Amstill roofing in the future.
Amstill did a pretty great job for us. We called them out because we realized there was a leak. Mr. Hart came out and quickly assessed the problem and was able to get it fixed for us for free!
