Bryan and the crew were very organized, efficient and professional. Arrived on time, cleaned up well after the job, even spray painted the new flashing to match. Will definitely use them again in the future. Edited to add two years later: had a bit of flashing bent out of place on a roof penetration so I called them back out to have a look and Robert and Curt fixed right on the spot free of charge. Hi it was great pleasure to meet David(evaluator) 8ys experience and Jose (supervisor of Job) over 30years experience from Amstill. At the beginning I didn't know how bad my roof was. I called insurance and a adjuster came out and said roof was nominal and no weather related damage. The insurance also said they will send a patcher who came out and said I had weather damage and will report this to insurance and already offered me a replacement quote. I talked with insurance and they said they didnt know the patcher. After a month and reading through one of my favorite magazines, the Belaire Buzz, I came across a full page ad from Amstill. I called, the appointment was the next day. Per the add, he gave me a no charge appraisal of the roof condition with pictures and video. When the video was playing you could hear the crunching of the shingles , he showed me a area where the rock portion was completely worn away and poured bottle water on it to show the shingle had lost its ability to repel water. After seeing all that info, far more than insurance or the patcher. We went with with a quote for the roof, plus 3 sheets of plywood. Note it happened we needed to add another 5 sheets because of the rotten condition, that came from Jose at a reasonable price. After securing the moneys for the job, Amstill came out next day, the truck with the materials at 6am, unloaded, then the roofers showed between 6:30 -7. After unloaded which wasn't very noisy, roofers to meet the 75db ordinance , laid tarp for debris, and proceeded to scrap shingles off roof. Then after 8am, proceeded with rest of replacement of roof. Amstill was done around 12 noon! Both garage and house. House is 2500 sq foot. Quality of product, they used Owens Corning shingles and material. Top grade. Through the process David and Jose kept me informed, and even upgraded the vent stack for hot water heater, and a elbow for furnace. Roof looks fabulous. Workers cleaned up all debris and now I have a house that is weather proofed for many years to come. Thank you Amstill. You did everything you promised.

When thinking about writing a review for Amstill Roofing the words amazing, excellent, incredible and most thankful came to mind immediately. My husband read about Amstill Roofing Company and called and asked them to come and give us an estimate to replace our roof. Enis came and gave an excellent presentation and when we had more questions he came back and very patiently answered all our questions. Our major concern was regarding a rapid replacement and protection of our many plants closely surrounding our home on all sides. We have hummingbirds come every year and spend winter with us. They begin arriving late July and feed on our flowering plants. Amstill Roofing office staff called us and very kindly allowed us to select a day for them to install our roof. The roofers were very timely and arrived at 6:00 a.m. They began putting up protection for all our plants. It was most amazing to watch. From inside our home we could only see blue through our windows and all plants were well covered without being pushed close together! It was the most amazing thing we could have ever imagined that could actually successfully be accomplished. We live in a a two story home with a three car garage and the roof was completed and everything cleaned up by 5:30. "Most Amazing" to us as well was that "Not A Single Plant was Damaged, None!!! Enis had kept reassuring us they would protect our plants and he was one hundred percent correct! Project Manager, Rigo was so kind and helpful in communicating with us and letting us know what we could expect as well as time of completion. They did a perfect clean up of our yard, patio, and driveway. Our new roof looks Absolutely Great!! We cannot say thank you enough to Amstill Roofing and to Enis, Rigo, the office Staff and to the Roofing Crew who were so kind and helpful stopping work when we came outside and waiting until we were out of the way to continue their work and the crew on the ground who picked up everything constantly were truly amazing as well! Found water inside one of my recessed lights. Called Amstill and they sent Hart out the next day. He was on time did a thorough inspection. Said our roof looked good except for some exposed nails. He caulked the area and didn’t charge us. He recommended trying this before replacing a section of roofing to save us money. When we replace our roof I will definitely call Amstill and I hope Hart helps us again!

Amstill Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof. Adam Prentice, the Project Manager, was very professional and did a very thorough job. For several reasons we had to delay the job but Adam was very patient and made things happen when at last we were able to proceed. My wife and I were very happy with both the result and the speed. Adam had a relatively large crew and they were able to do a great job in plenty enough time to allow us to put all of our potted plants back in their places the same day. We had seen other homes in our neighborhood done by Amstill and we had high expectations. They very much met all of our expectations.

Called Amstill to get an estimate on a minor roof repair. They came quickly , were prompt and courteous and did not try to upsale us. We have a 15 to 20 year old roof that Amstill put in and is still in great shape! Excellent company with a great business model!

Amstill Roofing continues to be a great vendor that Ill always recommend to friends and neighbors. They stand by their work and are always dependable. Amstill put the roof on our house nearly 11 years ago after Hurricane Ike. I called for a check up on a minor issue and an inspector was on-site the next morning. When he determined that the issue needed a more experienced person, the Senior Forman arrived the following morning and quickly resolved the problem. The employee that came today told us that he has worked for Amstill for 31 years! Impressive! Jose (Project Mgr) was outstanding and went to work immediately on a small patch job after a recent rain. Ive now used Amstill on two occasions, small and large, and will use them again.

A salesman from Amstill gave me a free inspection the day after a storm and recommended that I file a claim for a new roof. Unfortunately, after several inspections including a report by a structural engineer, my roof did not meet the guidelines for full replacement and my insurance company sent me a letter of non-renewal. Sam agreed to do some critical repairs for me in order to get the roof in a condition good enough to get insurance from another company. Even though they were not able to get me a complete new roof, I feel like they did everything they could to help me under the circumstances.
