Update as of 9/6/24: good news! Problem has been addressed, crew came out today, Friday to pull flashing from chimney to inspect, to prove to me that the work was done correctly, which it was!!! The crew also pushed the ridge vent back away from fireplace, again to easy my mind. I hope with these results we have success, but only time will tell! Update as of 9/5/24: read before hiring!!! Complaint; Roof started leaking during hurricane Beryl, was given the run around until now. They have clearly said that all the work was done 100% and that the leak was caused by something else! Wow, nothing shocking there. When asked to get proof regarding one of the items in the contract, they were unable to provide proof( flashing scored into brick fireplace) This detail was important because of the location of the leak. What Amstill did provide; Excuses Conflicting information Unsatisfactory customer service A roof the leaks Only cost me 27,000 dollars, I receive better customer service from a 200 dollar install from Bestbuy. Proof I had my new insurance company come by inspect the roof, they were the ones who told me that that detail was not done. Well I guess you win some and lose some but I am getting tired of losing. What I want My roof not to leak!! I guess I am asking for to much. That’s all folks My current homeowner insurance company was requiring me to replace my roof. I reached out to Amstill and Matt was the person I spoke to on the phone. He was kind and understanding of my frustration with my current homeowner insurance. He recommended a free roof inspection to take a look at the condition of my roof. Upon inspection, Matt found that there were signs of hell damage throughout my roof. Matt recommended I claim with my homeowner insurance company. He was able to meet with the adjuster and had the claim approved. I was ecstatic because there was no way I was going to be able to afford a new roof. Thanks to Matt, he was able to make it possible, I cannot say enough about Matt, Jose, and the crew of 14 guys who installed my roof in one day.
Working with AmStill Roofing, it was a breeze to replace our 22 years old roof. They replaced one of our neighbors’ roofs and an associate came to our house explaining the steps. Evan Lam was so helpful in explaining everything prior to installing and guided us through the process of filing an insurance claim. He also sent regular updates prior to installation and even sent a huge number of pictures during the installation process. I recommend this company very much!
Evan Lam is a commensurate professional with a focus on customers service, he went above and beyond in making sure that I was informed on what the options are and the costs associated with each one. He also navigated a sticky situation with the sellers in a graceful and effective manner. Evan also personally came out and installed a tarp over a leak area that was found weeks before I even agreed to go with Amstill for the roof replacement. He just wanted to help and make sure the leak would not cause other damage to the house. He also explains the product options, broke down the quotes, provided samples and advised on the best path forward for my build. If I ever owned a roofing company, I would steal Evan to come work for me. I highly recommend Amstill for any roof work and especially working with Evan and his colleagues that came on the day of the replacement.
Can’t speak highly enough of Matt Brewster! Request him if you’re able! He represents Amstill very well. Matt was extremely thorough when helping us with our new roof. He was there throughout the entire process to guide us from start to finish! Matt even reached out a few weeks later to check in with us, which we appreciated greatly! Bryan and AMSTILL did a fantastic job on my new two story roof. This was my second time using them! He helped with insurance and the entire process. Griffin Amstill Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof. Adam Prentice, the Project Manager, was very professional and did a very thorough job. For several reasons we had to delay the job but Adam was very patient and made things happen when at last we were able to proceed. My wife and I were very happy with both the result and the speed. Adam had a relatively large crew and they were able to do a great job in plenty enough time to allow us to put all of our potted plants back in their places the same day. We had seen other homes in our neighborhood done by Amstill and we had high expectations. They very much met all of our expectations.
Adam Lee and the entire Amstill team did an amazing job with our roof. Lee was prompted to our initial meeting and was a professional through and through. He did an amazing job of presenting the company, materials, and service. On "game" everything progressed as planned. There was no guessing and no questions to be had that Lee didn't already address. The roofing crew, work like a well-oiled machine. Everybody separates into their different post and they get the job done quickly, cleanly, and Correctly. Lee and the Amstill team definitely exceeded every single one of our expectations.

Robert was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, personable and on time for our consultation. We received our quote in a timely manner and had a signed contract within a week and were quickly added to the schedule. Michelle in the office was also very professional when we called about different questions we had through the process. Everyone was great with following up and making sure we were pleased with the process and the work they had done on our roof. Robert My wife and I opted to put a new roof on the property and obtained a number of quotes from several reputable companies. Adam visited again during the week for 2.5 hours explaining the products available, craftsmanship, warranties, etc. Although Adam left our house at 9:00pm without a signed contract, Adam was always pleasant and professional and never “pushy. The crew arrived before the scheduled time and completed the work at dusk. The property, including our inground pool and jacuzzi, was completely protected. Adam was under the weather but was last to leave and stayed to answer any questions/concerns and collected any minor items left/observed. Adam is not only a great professional asset to Amstill but a wonderful person. Without doubt I will recommend Amstill (Adam in particular) to those who require roofing services. Adam Called Amstill to get an estimate on a minor roof repair. They came quickly , were prompt and courteous and did not try to upsale us. We have a 15 to 20 year old roof that Amstill put in and is still in great shape! Excellent company with a great business model!
Amstill Roofing continues to be a great vendor that Ill always recommend to friends and neighbors. They stand by their work and are always dependable. Amstill put the roof on our house nearly 11 years ago after Hurricane Ike. I called for a check up on a minor issue and an inspector was on-site the next morning. When he determined that the issue needed a more experienced person, the Senior Forman arrived the following morning and quickly resolved the problem. The employee that came today told us that he has worked for Amstill for 31 years! Impressive! Thank you, Amstill, for your commitment to customer service and valuing long term business relationships.
Jose (Project Mgr) was outstanding and went to work immediately on a small patch job after a recent rain. Ive now used Amstill on two occasions, small and large, and will use them again.
A salesman from Amstill gave me a free inspection the day after a storm and recommended that I file a claim for a new roof. Unfortunately, after several inspections including a report by a structural engineer, my roof did not meet the guidelines for full replacement and my insurance company sent me a letter of non-renewal. Sam agreed to do some critical repairs for me in order to get the roof in a condition good enough to get insurance from another company. Even though they were not able to get me a complete new roof, I feel like they did everything they could to help me under the circumstances.

Gabe was great! Called one hour ahead of visit to confirm if he could arrive early. Did a thorough inspection inside the attic. Gave good advice and recommendations.
