Dave have installed the hot water tank and a new shower faucet, in which both are working fine for me yesterday. Because of that, I have a great shower with hot water yesterday.

Cody was awesome. Very professional and clear! My only concern was the pricing which he has no control over. I really felt that $540 was an insane amount to pay for replacing a bathtub tap cartridge. Waking up this morning, I have buyers remorse........

I was very happy with Cody, and the work he performed in a very professional manner. However, I found the charges for the work performed was very over priced. $1,000.00 to lift and replace two toilets seemed a steep price for 1 hour of work. I also think that $200.00 to install a $5.00 valve in 5 minutes was also quite an extreme over charge.

Peter was fantastic! He was thorough, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and kind...all qualities someone needs when they are in flood recovery.

I have a complicated shower tower that was failing in mysterious ways. Given that there seemed to be no obvious solution to the problem, I asked the dispatcher to send me a creative plumber who would think outside the box – and that’s exactly what I got. Frank B. identified the problem and worked all day sourcing a part that didn’t have a name brand or parts number, saving me from having to buy an entirely new shower tower. His initiative, perseverance, determination and professionalism were much appreciated and exactly the kind of skills required to one day advance his career into management. Was having back-up plumbing issues for months Had a plumber come in and spend 5 hours and left a few days later problem again so he came back and spent a few more hours then said he couldnt fix it. Got some of the money back and called Gentlemen and Trevor came and he was very pleasant and tidy and spent 5+ hours fixing the problem and Im so thankful and happy to be able to stay in my home again after spending 5 nights with family because toilets didnt work! The technician was personable, polite, kind(to pets too) and thorough performing the work to be completed. He explained everything that he needed to do before proceeding and reviewed the associated cost. Troy went over everything before leaving and explained the warranty covering the work. I was happy I had made the call!

As always this company provides professional friendly staff from the booking call to the plumber. The job is always fixed better than the original. Definitely would highly recommend this company.

Personally had a wonderful experience with the gentlemen plumbers. We were in a serious bind when over the course of a couple days several sinks, some pipes and a toilet were leaking. Our plumber Julio went above and beyond, taking the time to inform us on the issues while solving them with meticulously. It took one day to fix four sinks, replace a toilet and check a water heater. So thankful for the timeliness in getting things up and running again. An incredibly professional service. We would use the gentlemen plumbers again and highly recommend to others also!

The Gentlemen Plumbers, Nick showed up ahead of schedule by a day, witch was great! We needed the kitchen sink. He got right to work and, in a curtious and knowledgeable way, explained what he saw (leaking drainage pipe or fitting in the concrete, in basement) and walked me through what the fix would be. The plumbing was ready to use that night. Nick also did a comprehensive assessment of all the plumbing in the house. All taps and drainage, including furnace and water heater.
