Masters Plumbers Heating & Cooling staff person (Bailey) was amazing in how she helped me to understand what my system was all about and the current needs for it. She explained things in a very easy to understand manner. She helped me to clarify my questions and answered questions that I was not yet asking, but yet she anticipated what my thoughts were and I certainly appreciated that.

We had a problem with our water heater pump not working. Jeremy diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us multiple options to fix the problem. We chose to remove the pump and not replace it, so he did the work and flushed our hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable about our plumbing and we trusted him to fix our problem. He was very friendly and personable, and we would like to have him service our system the next time. Jeremy also came back and flushed our entire system, did a safety check and replaced our rubber washing machine hoses with stainless steel. Our garbage disposal was leaking. Robert came and replaced it in about an hour and a half. He worked efficiently and quickly. We are very pleased with his professional performance.

Terry was extremely professional and extremely helpful... The power issues in my home were resolved and the outlet that arced Was replaced i...my repair was fully completed... I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of the work that was done... Plus, they arrived early and that was a big thumbs up as well!

Jeremy Milne performed the installation of a new ball valve that will make it easier for me to turn off the water in my home, should the need arise. In addition, he flushed out the water tank that should cause the water to heat up more quickly. He has exceptional customer service skills. Jeremy explained what he done and framed it in terms I could understand, as a lay person. Jeremy was thorough, professional, and if I needed further clarification, he was patient with me in his responses. Jeremy deserves more than 5 stars! I have a repair today to one of my toilets, and Alex and Brooks came. They looked at the problem fixed it and dealt with other issues that were dealing with plumbing around the house. They worked quickly and they repaired all the problems of, and I’m very happy with it.
