I have used Jemison for over 22 years. It started with my home. Because of his quality of supplies, staff and respect of my time, I use him in my business as well. I have never had a bad experience with Jemison Heating and Cooling. He has proven to me, I need to look nowhere else when it's time for A/C installation in my next build.

Every experience has been 5 stars, from installation to service. Both the technicians and the office personnel have been great. Being from out of state, having someone you can trust to come out and work on your home ( actually my daughters) gives piece of mind. My daughter even says they are great when they come out. They are prompt and professional. Highly recommend

Jemison Air has serviced my heat and air unit for several years. The staff are all friendly and professional. This past weekend was exceptional service since over a five day period, since they responded to my call three times. The technician Ray helped every time, quickly responding. I think he helped with a long term solution to ants wearing down the contactor. I appreciate Ray and the service provided by Jemison!

Shoutout to Jemison Heating & Cooling, David Jemison, Jr! Our unit stopped cooling during the night & we made a service call yesterday morning. As I waited for the technician to arrive our power went out. Minutes later, the tech arrived to service our unit. He told me he could look at it but there would possibly be only so much he could do without power. This was understandable. This young man did his thing & replaced what needed to be replaced, hung around for a bit to see if the power would come back on. It was at the end of the day & we were his last call, so we told him to go ahead & go that we would call him if that didn't work. He left & less than 5 minutes after he left, the power came on & we were chilling like villians!Quick & easy service! The install technicians showed up early installed the new hvac unit and left within a few hours!!! Great work by the guys doing the install!! Fast and looks great! The customer service was also the best i ever had, 5 stars all day!! I have an addition review for the maintenance tech David, he is a highly skilled professional who diagnosed my issue (on a separate unit to the one installed) and had the situation resolved with minimal effort! I would recommend Jemison to anyone who would ask, this outfit is the best around!

David Jemison installed a new heat pump system at my home over 15 years ago. Any time I need any service on it, he is honest, fair and prompt in getting it up and running again. Last week the unit sounded like it was going to blast off into space. David gave me options. I could either finance a new unit (and he gave us contact numbers for financing companies), or he could order and install a new compressor. I chose to go with the repair at a much lower price over replacement to give us time to save for the day it will have to get it replaced. It was a win-win in my opinion! His tech Chris Hatton was right on time and had it running quietly and efficiently again in less time than he said it might take! You cannot go wrong with Jemison Heating and Cooling, whether your need is residential or commercial. Call them. You'll be glad you did!
