Tim was both professional and thorough. Arrived when they said they would and completed the Heat Pump install in a timely fashion. Tim then took the time to help me connect the new thermostat to the app.
Very personable service technician Austin and apprentice Quentin, who arrived on time, and gave us a fair garbage disposal repair evaluation and repair cost and completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend and use this plumbing company and service again.
Brad did a excellent job he was pleasant to work with.He cleaned the entire heat pump and checked pressure etc.I am very pleased Thanks Jim Stepien
Dylan performed our annual furnace check up. He was on time, professional, courteous and very neat as he worked on our unit. When he was finished he let us know all that he had done. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. As always, we are very pleased with Plumbing and Heating by Craig, Inc.
1/10/23 Scott was thorough, friendly, helpful gave good advice. 9/9/22 Scott thoroughly checked all plumbing and gave gd advice on troubleshooting potential future problems. 9/9/22 Tanner was polite & got the job done 8/12/22 Travis was timely, polite & helpful & completed the AC check & showed a way to get the filter in Securely. Scott explained what could be wrong & how to keep the pipes cleaner in the house. He found the problem that was causing the water to come up the floor drain. Scott offered a complete inspection of all our plumbing. The response after my call for help to Craig’s plumbing & heating today was great! Thank you! 12/30/20 Nate installed facet after finding defective Menards facet I purchased unusable. Very grateful he had one on Hand & could finish the job thank you! 10/19/21 Trevor found the reason for our leaky faucet & we didn’t need to replace it! He was polite & honest about the work. Thank you 10/23/23 Patrick was thorough, fixed the plugged drain & gave good advice. 11/6/23 Tayler Terlinden was efficient, explained things well & gave good direction. 11/17/23 Dylan was efficient, pleasant and answered questions well. Taylor was willing to come on off hours, he found the plumbing problem, solved it while being polite kind & efficient! 2/13/25 Jeremy was polite, kind, thorough & reassuring that the problem would be solved. He’s a dedicated employee for Craig’s. 5/13/25 Dylan was polite, considerate, explained everything & replaced a failing part.

They were very responsive to our immediate needs, they had their representative here very fast. He was GREAT, fixed the problem very quickly and explained it in detail I would highly recommend.
