Phil was on time to repair a leak near the kitchen sink cold water shutoff valve. There was no leak at the time, so he did maintenance on both valve. Was very thorough and explained everything he did.

2/2024 We submitted an online form for Service over the weekend and we got a phone call first thing Monday morning with an appointment. We received a message prior to the appointment and the service tech was on time. Jeremy V was the service tech and he was very thorough and we are very pleased and happy with the service. He spoke to my wife and I equally and made sure we both understood the issue. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family. 12/2024 We had an issue with our water heater and Nate was awesome, and replaced our water heater ahead of schedule. 1/31/25 Jeremy came back for a noise problem in my furnace once I was able to record it. He knew exactly what it was, ordered the part and put it in 2days later ahead of schedule and it only took about 25 minutes. Also he enrolled us in comfort club, and we’ve already saved money on parts, service and a filter. Hands down the best service I’ve gotten from an HVAC tech. 1/31/25 Patrick Ecklund stopped over to give us an estimate on a vent pipe for our drain line. He was on time, respectful and gave us all of our options and made it sound like the job was going to be quick and under our expected budget. Hands down best drain tech I’ve encountered. 6/3/25 Patrick and his apprentice came and cleaned my basement drains. They were very professional and knew exactly what was happening. I got a few estimates also afterwards for breaking up the floor and laying new drain pipes.

He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I'm glad I chose Plumbing by Craig to help me when I need it. I hope to be with them for a long time. Enough said!

The guys that came out to work on our GEO did a super job, we are seniors and try not to be nosey but they kept us in the loop and we are very happy with the work they did.
