We called SM Air today after our home warranty company gave us the runaround about fixing our AC. Cici at the office was so polite and helpful told me she could guarantee an appt for tomorrow but there might be a chance someone could make it yet today. She called back 2 hours later saying a technician was on his way. Armando arrived about an hour later and was so kind and respectful. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to scam us or upsell the part needed. He had it diagnosed and fixed about 30 minutes later. What an amazing company! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much!
