My furnace wasn't working properly, and the first company I called spent 3+ hours over 2 days diagnosing with the final diagnosis of a problem with how the furnace had been installed (in our new-build home, 3 years prior to when we purchased the home). I called Modern, who had originally installed the furnace, to see about fixing it. Andrew was very knowledgeable and installed the correct part that was causing the problem and had it all back up and running within minutes, fixing what was an honest mistake in the original install. Very impressed with the professionalism and courteous service.
