We had a very good experience. Right on time with product, very friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions. Always consulted us for any adjustment that needed to be made. Product was well installed. Explained how to use product at the conclusion and offered great tips to follow. Overall, it was a fanatic experience and purchase. We love it.

Top notch product

Our job was a smaller one and everything went fine with the installation, however one of the shelves was damaged in shipping which delayed completion of the installation. Waiting on the last shelf to be installed. We were told it may take a week+. We love the convenience and ease of use they provide, plus the extra storage space. Very pleased thus far.

We had our kitchen cabinets installed with slide out shelves and a separate pantry. There was slight problem with the pantry which was addressed and resolved immediately. Very pleased with the result.

At last! I don't have to stand on my head to get the pan I need :)

So excited! No more having to practically stand on my head to get that pan at the back of my cabinet. Thank you!

Service was on time and great

Very pleased even if I have to wait for a damages drawer to be replaced. Service person was proactive and submitted a damaged report.

One of the drawers has not fit well and cannot be adjusted. It is rubbing against the existing door brackets

Gina & Chad were wonderful to work with. Gina listened to what I wanted to accomplish and helped me choose the pieces to make it happen. No high pressure sales or anything. Chad did an awesome job on installation and making sure clearances etc would work for me. Both were very personable.

Just had our new ShelfGenie installed! They are awesome. No more bending down or getting on our hands and knees to find things!or losing or giving up on things too far in the back to reach. Our installer was amazing. Done in a few hours and cleaned up everything better than the way he found it. We highly recommend ShelfGenie of Columbus!!

What a great experience with Chad (installer) and ShelfGenie. Chad took care of everything and GIna our sales women was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. We love our pullouts.

I love the pull-out shelves from Shelf Genie. We are now more organized and have more room in the same spaces.

Had genie in my former home and decided I couldnt do without them when I moved. They make cooking so much easier with the organization they give you. I love the rollouts!
