Ongaro and Sons team was prompt, courteous, and very responsive. They were very helpful with my elderly mother and me, and we are both now fans. Damian was excellent as the lead technician and was even able to find a way to reduce the cost from the original estimate for the new outlet and upgraded lighting in kitchen in mid-March. On a second project on April 1st, Ongaro, again led by Damian, installed a new electrical subpanel in the garage off an old outdoor panel (outdoor panel was too close to gas meter to re-do). Also installed GFIs in the kitchen. Mom’s townhome is now safe and up to code! Thanks, Ongaro team!!!

My step-mom’s 30-year old water heater broke. I called Ongaro and they found a technician to come out the very next day. We discussed options and it was replaced the following day. I have used Ongaro for many repairs and they always let you know when they are coming and give an update. They respect your time.

Gerald is knowledgeable and conscientious. Earlier in the week he installed a new garbage disposal at my request. However, he said I would need an electrician to check the power source because my wall switches were not working properly. He called Ongaro's office and set up the appointment with the electricians. I asked him to take a look at my kitchen faucet which was difficult to turn off. He said it was possible to replace it without changing the sink and counter top. He showed me pictures and prices on his laptop. The electricians came yesterday morning and new wall switches were installed. The power problem has been solved. An hour later Gerald arrived and installed the beautiful Kohler faucet I ordered. I am very pleased with the work done. Anne J.

Ongaro and Sons replaced our furnace which had died over Christmas. All the technicians were on time, courteous and explained what they had to do efficiently.
