I had a same day issue that I thought could be an emergency. Ongaro got me an appointment that day no extra charge. The tech found an issue with my breaker panel that would’ve eventually caused a fire. They did not charge me extra beyond the visit fee. Highly recommended.

Ongaro and Sons replaced our furnace which had died over Christmas. All the technicians were on time, courteous and explained what they had to do efficiently. We had a couple minor issues after the installation and they were very responsive to make the corrections needed to have us 100% satisfied. I can honestly highly recommend this family business.
