Don, The foundation repair has been successful for both improved appearance and watershed. That, along with the driveway regrade, block wall and drain tile extended all the way around to the gravel drive. I had over 10 inches of rain a few weeks ago. The basement stayed dry, a first for this house!

Everything is good. The big rains in Grain Valley a few days ago were a big test of the French drain you installed next to our duplex we have there. I was very impressed that it did what it was supposed to do and thankful that we and our tenant were spared the clean up expense we were unfortunately growing accustomed too.
