Definitely knows his business..I highly recommend Oz and Quality Cooling & Heating...Our Heat Pump quit cooling one afternoon...We called Quality late in the afternoon...Oz came at 7 pm that same day...Fixed the problem... Eureka, we're cool again...Even though Oz had already worked all day, he and Quality put us first...5 stars for Oz and Quality...
