Earlier this year, we purchased an air conditioning and furnace tune up for 2018. Our tech arrived on time and checked and cleaned our air conditioning unit courteously and efficiently. We developed a problem with a plugged drain line afterwards,and Tiger Air was there again to resolve the problem for us. With the hot weather that we have been having, we appreciate this very much. We have found Tiger Air to be a reputable, dependable company whom we would recommend to anyone who needs heating or air conditioning work done. Good job, Tiger Air!

Daniel did a fantastic job checking out our furnace systems today. One system was involved in our flooded basement, so he took the majority of the components out of the system to inspect each one. Very appreciative of his knowledge and the options we were given that would help with any potential mold or mildew that may still be left in the basement. Thank you Daniel and Tiger Air for coming out to look at the system within a short notice.

Wow! Fast fast with the customer service! A call, a call back, and Charles the tech came over late in the day to assess AC issue. He was polite and personable. Got to the bottom of our issue quickly and no fee for diagnostic :person_raising_both_hands_in_celebration:. Ultimately I will be getting a new AC unit thru Tiger Air.

Theo from Tiger Air came very quickly to diagnose or ac unit not working. he was very professional, friendly and informative. Even though we need our unit replaced Theo helped us out by getting our current unit to work temporarily so our house isn't 100 degrees. I would highly recommend Tiger air and Theo.
