I have been dealing with this company for quite some time now , they are unqualified to determine what an HVAC system requires . For months these individuals would come out and do the same thing over and over and charge me !! They finally sold me a unit for 10K because I don’t know anything about AC units and i live in Florida and my unit would shut off I have 6 pets to worry about ! They are old and it was 90+ in the house !!! So they had to order a unit took some days somehow they were able to keep it going until it came in Hmmmmmm!! Wonder y ! Anyway It came in and was installed and guess what the new one did the same thing well I called and paid a Plummer 200 bucks to come out after these guys told me to call a Plummer , Plummer came out and said what??? They need to fix the drain , they should know that!!! He said there is nothing for me to do !! Call them and tell them to come back and fix it !! I called that day they came out a kid said oh I can do that but the pipe and keep it from going down!! Well guess what 10k plus and seems to b no Problem!!! So did I really need a new unit possibly not ! This company has screwed me so bad and I have a warranty so I still have to tolerate them !!! The manager Sergio Anderson agreed to Refund me the 200 dollars I spent on a Plummer and guess what the liar kept telling me it was in the mail for about 6 weeks, mind u he agreed to this!! Lied about it being sent out for weeks then said he put it on a credit card that’s a lie tooo! This is how these hacks treat customers !!! Whatever you do make sure u get other estimates if u call them!! Regional manager was supposed to call me , that hasn’t happened !! I have never had such terrible service in all my life This is over 200 dollars mind you ,I am very happy with your attitude , and I know you are trying to get this job done Mike! You explain things and are always friendly and smile !! Very pleased with Mike , he is so helpful , he listens and doesn’t make me feel like im stupid for not knowing what he is talking about, he explains the details very well !! The company should use Mike as a trainer !! You would be happier with your techs! Nina Angel has been Here many times before , Angel is always nice and makes sure to get the job done , he is understanding and thorough!!

Jerry was wonderful, very nice, even when I wasn't. He was sympathetic and informative, so this doesn't happen again. I had a "Check-Up" 2 1/2 weeks ago, was told all was fine. Turned on the heat for the 1st time this morning and nothing, no heat, no fan. Called the office, asked if there was anything I could check besides my breakers in the garage, no help there. I pay $20.00 a month for preferred service & 2 "check-ups" a year. $109.00 later, the breaker inside the air handler closet was flipped. The only thing this company has going for it is technicians like Jerry and Gianni. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is not a company I would recomment to anyone.

Fast and reliable! Called around 1pm and 2pm same day the technician was out and our ac was repaired efficiently. Thank you to Gianni for your prompt and friendly service.
