Bailey was very professional and was very thorough. She also took time to answer all our questions and gave a variety of solutions. She was certainly the reason we signed up for the monthly membership plan. I was hesitant about Llyod's at first because they are a big company and use AI assistants to manage their phone calls, but ultimately I am really glad that we went with them because Bailey was amazing!

My oil boiler conked out sometime during the night and I woke up to a cold house during a snowstorm. I called Lloyd’s, as I am a subscribed customer with guaranteed emergency service, at 8:30AM. By 9:30 I had a return call and a time window of a service technician arriving btwn 4-7pm. As it turned out, Bailey was here by 3, and my furnace was producing heat/hot water by 4:30. All in all, an excellent outcome for a stressful situation. I’ve been a Lloyd’s customer for almost 10 years and will continue to be a subscriber and be thankful for their prompt and knowledgeable service and technicians.

Ray was the consummate professional. He did an excellent job going through the house and letting me know everything he saw and explained why I should/shouldn’t do this when it came to what I was looking for as end result. Great job.
