Austin performed AC maintenance for two homes for me. He was prompt, very friendly and professional. He gave me a verbal report of the condition of the units and answered my questions. He even went above and beyond his responsibility and opened my outdoor water spigot that I have been unable to open myself. I would definitely recommend Austin for future work.

Analyzed problem with old water heater and after trying to fix we opted for a new one. Old was removed, new one installed and deemed operational before tech left. Our tech, Wes, was great. He was informative, friendly and kept us informed of everything he was doing. He answered all our questions and made us feel great about the whole experience. If he is a representative of all Romans people, we will have a long relationship from here on.

Install generator natural gas backup. Great job. Responsive to city inspection needs. Generator has been used twice this summer! Every time a squirrel sneezes in this neighborhood the power goes out. It's a great investment.

Mike, Mike and Steve were a great crew. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing service. If we should need service in the future I will definitely give Roman Electric a call.

I first had them out to do some electrical work on my house, including both new lines/fixtures and replacing old fixtures/lines. I was very impressed with the work and professionalism of Neil and his crew. Today I had Connor out to run a new water line. He and his apprentice were just as professional and did great work. There are obvious quirks in an 80 year old house having gone through multiple owners. Both crews were great at addressing those quirks and Id trust them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The service man was here within the hour and was able to make the repair efficiently.

Neil came promptly as had said when he called ahead. He was very efficient and patient as he talked with my husband and figured out the problem. He took time to listen as my husband shared how he uses the machines that were not working. Digging behind hanging tools in the garage, he found the fuse box and the breaker that had tripped.

Great customer service. Job was well done, they also cleaned up when the job was done. We appreciate they got here same day of calling for service. We had no hot water.

I had Armand V. from Roman Electric and Plumbing to my residence to check regarding the presence of a gas line/hookup in order to replace a kitchen oven/cooktop. I've had Armand replace faucets in my bathroom and kitchen, he's replaced a showerhead and faucet in another bathroom, and he replaced a garbage disposal in my kitchen. Armand has ALWAYS been polite, professional, and extremely courteous. He's very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what he's doing and make recommendations or suggestions when asked. I would highly recommend Armand and Roman Electric and Plumbing for any/all plumbing and electrical needs.

Great experience with Roman Electric! The company's communication is wonderful, the guys arrived on time - very professional and very pleasant. Kevin (and Kevin) did a wonderful job installing a ceiling fixture and replacing a ceiling fan switch. They also provided me with a quote for additional work. I think their pricing is very competitive and I will definitely use Roman Electric in the future - they are now my "go-to" for electric work!

I had a hot water tank (under warranty) quit, it was replaced the next day but I was told it was too short for the plumber to hook up, don't think the warranty company would pay for it anyway. So here I am with a water tank and no way to hook it up. My neighbor recommended Roman Electric and I made the call. To make the story short I was called back by Roman E. and the gentleman came out that afternoon and hooked it up, did a job better than what was done before! He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He checked my outlets, etc. as a courtesy they provide when he was done. He was also one of the first people that went to put booties on to cover his shoes. I am extremely satisfied with Roman Electric and would recommend them anyday! Best contractor I ever hired!
