My tech Brett was super friendly, very polite, clear and easy to understand. He explained everything in a clear, easy to understand way.

We are members of Happy Outlet annual maintenance program. Today Anthony and Ray came out and did the full annual inspection. Anthony and Ray were wonderful in explaining what they were going to do and summarized the work they did. Anthony and Ray were very professional and cleaned up well after the visit. We appreciate Happy Outlet.

Cade was thorough, patient, listened to our concerns and addressed them. Emmett was kind and friendly, with great communication and customer service skills. He was responsive to our concerns and questions, and made sure everything was just right. Our final tech, Andrew, went above and beyond making sure the job was done properly and looked perfect. It's heartening to know there are folks who are interested in building relationships and not just "gettin' 'er done".

Luke, was on time to my appointment, listened to my needs and did a complete inspection of my electrical panel and diagnosed my circuit breaker issue. Luke gave me several different options to improve my home. Professional and very courteous service from Luke, and he made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered.

Tony was thorough, sharing information every step of the way. When he left, our system was working as we hoped and my confidence in the Happy Outlet was reinforced.

Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system I'd give them 10. P.S. I'm not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. I've never met any of them before this.
