The electricians were efficient, courteous, and neat. The work was completed in less than a projected time with explanation of details involved. Certainly would use Happy Outlet again.

Update 8/7/25 - I called Happy Outlet at 6am and left a frantic message for Kaitlyn. I received a response quickly that our issue would be addressed right away. Sure enough, I got a text that Andrew was on his way. He, Jarod, and Tristan arrived first thing to address the unforeseen issue from yesterday’s project. They were courteous, apologetic and promptly has us up and running quickly. Thank you, Andrew and team! Update 8/6/25 - The customer service with Happy Outlet is great! Logan was courteous, professional, and transparent throughout the process. He and the other staff members worked a long day on our project, never complained, put in some overtime, and went above/beyond to ensure we understood the process and next steps of the project. Logan even called after he left for the day to double check on a few things. My husband and I have been very pleased with Happy Outlet so far.

Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. Just over all great people! Out of a 5 star rating system I'd give them 10. P.S. I'm not some friend leave a good review for a buddy of mine. I've never met any of them before this. I'm leaving this review because they have just left that good of an impression in me! Conclusion: they are awesome, highly recommend, and thanks you to all of them there!
