I am writing this review as the Office Manager for Greentrees, Inc. We have an outdoor filling area for our spray trucks. Putnam & Sons have been working on our outdoor plumbing needs for at least 10 years. This past weekend we had an issue come up. Josh came out and assessed the problem. Because of the parts needed, nothing was able to be completed until Monday. First thing Monday morning, Jeff was on site. He re-assessed everything and went to work. He fixed the problem and went on to fix other issues so as to assure the problem did not occur again. He listened to everything I told him and did not quit until every issue I had was 100% taken care of. All employees who have been here in the past, have fixed the immediate problem. Josh on Saturday and Jeff today, actually listened to what I was telling them. Jeff fixed the entire problem. Thanks Jeff!! You did a fantastic job.

Putman has been my plumber since 1999. Always trustworthy. Tony diagnosed my problem quickly, kept me posted on his progress and success. He was very tidy, just like the other Putman guys.
