Kendall was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what the next step in the process was. Garrett came later to use the jet, kept me informed on the whole process and didn’t stop until my drain line was clear. I was disappointed that Garrett had to use my water to fill the tank. It took 30-45 minutes, so lots of water at my expense. They flushed out a lot of paper , then left the smelly residue on my sidewalk and parking lot, instead of rinsing it off before they left. Other than those two things, I was well pleased with their hard work, professionalism and communication.

Cody was our service technician today. He did an excellent job addressed all my issues with a good explanation. I appreciate how Cody and Andy both that I’ve dealt with are good at communicating and they show up on time or they call and let me know they’re gonna be late.

Kendall was great. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

Did not end up getting the service done by them but I am leaving a review mainly because the customer service I received was phenomenal. I had a pipe bust and a technician was able to come out same day. The gentleman taking the call was a comforting, reassuring voice during the process and my technician Cody was an incredible down to earth professional. Had timeline matched up, these guys would’ve been my first choice and they will be at the top of my list moving forward.

Kendall was great. He was very professional and responsive to work with. Found and fixed our leaks quockly and at reasonable cost. We have used GS Plumbing previously and recrived the same excellent service.

We had an emergency need of a plumber at 4:00AM after a water pipe became disconnected and spewed hundreds of gallons of water in a condo thus causing severe flooding in 4 other condos. I contacted the fire company who assisted with gaining entrance to a condo & getting the main water turned off. I called our property manager who contacted GS Plumbing. The dispatcher called me, an hoa board member, and I relayed the information to her who contacted the plumber, Andrew. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem, and got eight to work fixing it. Within 15 minutes the pipe was reattched/repaired and the main water to the building was turned back on. He took photos before and after of the repair, assisted me in turning the main valve on, and followed up with a text that everything looked good and secure. The company did a great job of calling initially as well as staying in touch with Andrew's arrival. Andrew worked efficiently and in a very quick way to ensure that our residents could get the water turned on as quickly as possible as it is a workday/time for some residents. He also services individual residents with plumbing needs so I made certain that I got a few business cards to share with other residents! I'd recommend GS plumbing and Andrew to anyone who needs trustworthy, efficient, skilled plumbing!!

Just wanted to put a plug in for Mike and Shawn of GS Plumbing. These guys came out to my house today to repair a hot water pipe leaking in the slab under master bedroom floor. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They finished the work in a timely manner and left the house looking as good and clean as when they found it. This is my first time using GS Plumbing and I will definitely continue using you guys in the future!

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Mike at GS Plumbing. He fixed our stainless steel sink that had dropped from the granite countertop with braces that will stay forever. We plan on hiring him soon to replace a dishwasher and sink faucets. I would highly recommend Mike and GS Plumbing.
