Always amazing. I refer everyone to Bumblebee. They are honest, tell me everything upfront and go above and beyond. I called them years ago when I had an emergency. It was pure chance I called bumblebee and I have used them ever since.

Bumble Bee Plumbing has done a fine job for me on many occasions. This time around I had an R/O system installed and my kitchen faucet replaced. Mike was fantastic! He arrived right on time. Mike was both very personable and extremely efficient. Ethan assisted, and he was a sweetheart. The guys completed my job in a timely fashion, kept the area clean and neat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!! My next appointment with Bumble Bee Plumbing was to check my fireplace gas line since I had smelled gas when the fireplace pilot was on (Previously, I had two other companies say that there was a leak in the adjacent wall and they recommended tearing down the wall and replacing the gas line which would have been very expensive!) Cory Foxworth, from Bumble Bee, came to my home, and systematically checked the gas line in the wall, determining that there might be a leak in the fireplace control assembly. Cory ordered the control assembly replacement for me then upon returning, Cory disassembled the fireplace and carefully replaced the control unit. At that time he found the source of the leak, the Thermal Couple Assembly. Cory then reassembled the fireplace, tested the unit (rechecking for leaks), and insured that the fireplace was working safely and properly. I was so grateful to Cory and Bumble Bee Plumbing for coming to my rescue and preventing a potentially dangerous problem! Cory was thorough, reassuring, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient!! My next appointment was with Bill from Bumble Bee came to my home for a free inspection. At that time, I asked him to check the magnesium anode rod in my hot water heater. He confirmed it needed to be changed, and the replacement was far superior to the old one. Then he respectfully went through my house and made a few suggestions for future maintenance to ensure my home is worry free. I'm always pleased with the thoroughness and honesty of the techs at Bumble Bee Plumbing! Early this year, Bill from Bumble Bee Plumbing came to my home to repair my frozen shut-off valves in my guest bathroom. They were old and dysfunctional. Bill He replaced the hot and cold side angle stops and supply lines. He was fast, professional, respectful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. After completely the replacement, Bill carefully explained how the new shut-off valves worked in case I needed to turn off the water, and he left the area clean and neat. This is the second time I have used Bumble Bee Plumbing at one of my homes. I highly recommend the company because of the ease of scheduling and the constant communication on when my service professional would arrive and updates on the work. This time I had Saul work on my home and he is the reason I went with Bumble Bee and didn't bother with a second quote. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. I really believe that the people that work for the company make a difference and Saul had a positive impact on me.

I bought the hoses and the nozzles used. Otherwise, I probably would have liked that about Bumble Bee Plumbing also. Very satisfied!

Update 11/13/24, Abraham completed an inspection, replaced pipes in the kitchen sink, and snaked my bathroom drains. Very polite and professional. Called on Sunday, everything fixed on Tuesday by David 4/15/23 called Friday, all fixed Saturday by Javier, very polite and professional, and most importantly very patient with my dogs

Brad did excellent work on a house over 50 years old. One can only imagine what kind of complex plumbing issues a house over 50 years old presents, but Brad was able to figure things out to my satisfaction. He is a very hard worker and maintained a pleasant attitude in spite of all the plumbing challenges. He explained things in a logical and forthright manner every step of the way. Bumble Bee Plumbing and Brad in particular are definitely worth recommending!

Dan, Victor, and Lupe from Bumble Bee Plumbing rescued us today! Our main water line to our home was leaking, which we discovered by a $600 water bill from the City of Phoenix. After a long day in the September sun, they were able to replace the line and restore our water. Dan explained everything to us, including two potential cost scenarios. He and his coworker worked tirelessly throughout the day. We had used Bumble Bee before and they have provided honest assessments both times. Ken, Lupe and Eduardo re-piped our home from Polybutylene to PEX. Its a very messy job, but they minimized the mess by covering everything in plastic. Very happy with the work. They were on time and professional.

Jim from Bumble Bee Plumbing did an excellent job. We had sewage backing up into our house and he came out on New Year's Eve and snaked the line removing a 2 foot root. He then replaced a shower head and garbage disposal. We were 100% satisfied.
