I would like to provide positive feedback on Jesus Jose-Gonzalez. Jesus was at our home last night to try and help me figure out why our 1-year old heat pump would not blow cold air. He understood that we've had a few fairly minor issues with this system and that we had not yet gotten to the bottom of this latest problem. Nonetheless, he listened to me explain the situation and then dug in. After extensive investigation, he discovered a wiring issue that has been the culprit all along. My office has been cool and comfortable all day! I could not be more pleased.
