We are 2 weeks in and the PulseM system is completely exceeding our expectations of what I wanted it to do: 1. Team members are actually swinging into the building end of day to see their Net Promoter Score 2. Dispatchers are loving the ease of the program 3. I have made a couple recommendations to the PulseM team to take the program to the next level and within a day they responded about implementing the improvements. Super pleased.
