Homer and John arrived within the timeframe of 8-12 and finished the installation of a new compressor in 2.5 hours. They are both polite, knowledgeable and hardworking. I am always pleased with the techs from Service 1st Pros. Thank you for getting us back up and running! 5.7.24 Zachary Goodman came today to look at our unit that was not blowing consistently cold air. He was able to diagnose, fix and communicate the issue to us. He was thorough, professional and well spoken. We trust Service 1st Pros for our HVAC needs- they are honest and affordable! Thank you! Karl showed up promptly at 9 am to install an air handler. He neatly installed and connected all the duct work. He put in 2 fail safes in the unit and fixed pitch of the drain line to avoid future issues. He answered all questions and made the overall process easy. Service 1st Pros will be my go to for all HVAC services moving forward. From the office to the techs- they made the whole process easy. They are all hard working and respectful. Marcus arrived early but called to make sure it was ok to come before appointment. He was super thorough and diagnosed quickly the issue of why the unit was not pushing out hot air. He reprogrammed our thermostat to talk to the new unit, it was programmed to the old unit. He ran a complete checklist to make sure we were up and running! Thankful we picked Service 1st Pros.

The repair technician (Colin) came out the same day I called to inspect my system and was able to offer me several options on repairing or replacing my system. I opted to replace it due to it's age and poor performance - and it was a name brand system :-(. Colin offered me several discounts and next day installation which I gladly accepted. The next morning, the installers were on-time, professional and gladly answered all my questions. The entire process took about 5 - 6 hours, after which, they thoroughly cleaned up the site. Excellent job by the entire team. I highly recommend. The new system is working quite nicely!

Idk how the rest of your techs are, but if they are anything like Xavier has been for us then 1st pros has quite a crazy high standard of excellence. Xavier is incredibly progressional, thorough, backs up what he says he’s about to do and has been consistently this way through each of his visits. Our AC went out last Thursday. I sent a message and Josh called me right back. Auston came out Friday to take a look and because this system was 20+ years old, it was time to replace and we also needed duct work done. Auston was here all afternoon drawing up the plan for the ductwork and getting his list of materials together. Today is Monday and Nick Mills and his team were here ahead of schedule by 8:30am. They just finished up a little while ago. They were punctual, polite, professional, friendly and meticulous in their work and clean up. We will highly recommend to anyone needing their services. Exceptional team.

Ken and Paul went out of their way to help me get my a.c. working again for my terminally ill son. They went above and beyond and I am greatly appreciative of this company coming so fast for my boy. Paul was very well mannered and nice.

Saved the weekend for our family! After our home warranty company told us we would have to wait until Monday to have our air conditioner checked Ken called me immediately after reaching out to Home advisor. He spent at least 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to trouble shoot. He had Paul out the next morning and we have air flowing again. The warranty company put the wrong part on the unit and friend the motor. Thank you so much for your help, awesome customer service, and fantastic serviceman. We will be calling for all future needs.

Paul was on time and told me the a/c unit did not need freon, but instead, took a photo of a wire problem. He made the repair and in time I'll see if it works! Nice guy.

Paul was very professional and patient. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem quickly, he also helped me with another issue that saved my house from possible fire. Will use them for upgrading my unit. Would recommend this company and Paul in particular for any air conditioning needs.
