Khi was right on time. Very knowledgeable about what he had to do. Helped me understand my furnace filter situation. Checked everything out and reviewed what he found. Was able to get the BioClean I use for my drains. Great visit with a very nice person.

I needed a new hot water heater and had gotten the run around from the DTE HPP program. So I called Lascko first thing this morning as I have been w/o hot water for 4 days. They were very sympathetic to my issue and said they could help. They sent Frank to assess the issue and he got right to work to help. Waking up to no water in a blizzard is a nightmare. Lasckos team coordinated for Mike S to come out within hours of my call. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was going on. He gave great recommendations and educational materials to help in the future. The kids and the dog felt comfortable with him in our home, as did I. He never pressed for immediate decisions and gave me time think everything over and discuss with my partner.
