We had a plumbing issue at our home-Lascko has always come highly recommended. I called and was able to have someone sent to our house not just same day but within a short period of time. Devin was sent to our home & was so knowledgeable and great at explaining the issue to us He also noticed something about our water heater that could cause a potential issue in the future and brought it to our attention. We appreciate someone that pays such close attention to details. Very happy with our experience with this company!

Alex and his partner arrived at 8:30 this morning right on time and installed a brand new hot water heater. Remove the old one. When the job was complete, they showed me the new hot water heater explained several things removed the old hot water heater. Everything is great thank you so much.

Ryan was very thorough and explained his proceeders as he’d did them. Very nice young man.

Mike did a great job explaining what the issue was and made suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Connor was so down to earth and so willing to listen to my questions and provide feedback on everything. On top of that my furnace system started working between the initial inspection and when he came back with the replacement parts and instead of pushing me to continue with replacing everything, he re-tested it and was honest and explained we didn’t need to spend all that money right now and instead just replaced a couple small essentials and they refunded me everything else. I had the same experience with Justin when getting my sump pump replaced. He showed me what it would cost to get all new drainage and everything but also explained we could just replace the sump pump right now and that if that works we could always do the rest later if needed. The honesty with both of these guys was great to experience. It’s hard to find companies today that don’t try to squeeze every penny out of you so I would fully recommend Lascko to anyone and they will be my go-to going forward.
