Conner Kurant did a boiler and wter heater assessment and presented options for preventive and repair maintenance. Nothing super urgent, but things a 35+year old home boiler heating system in a 90 year old Home should address. His proposals were clear, and easy to understand with no pressure Conner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during his assessment presentation. I appreciated the pictures of inside the boiler and his detailed explanation. As a Lascko service partner, I recommend this company!
Our drain tech Tony was great. We had an after hours call and he showed up quickly and got right to work. He was very communicative in regards to what he would be doing, quoting prices, and giving us tips for future drain care. Can't recommend him or Lascko highly enough.
August 2024 I've just started using Lascko this spring. I've found out they are one of the best services for heating, cooling and septic service. This brings me peace of mind since I am a widow. Tony Pryzbylek has serviced my septic system twice now as I have an above ground with a holding tank. He had to replace the grinder. Tony is kind, thoughtful and very professional. He explains and answers whatever questions in a way I could understand. Great service Tony! Since my great experience with Tony, I've also had tp have new furnace/air-conditioning venting and water lines put in. My finale was needing a section of new sewer lines. Thanks to all the great team at Lascko with a special shout out to Tony, Cam, Dakota, and Alex that I personally got to meet. They even had our dog helping them at one time. The guys were so patient with all of us! SUCH A GREAT TEAM!!! Dec 21, 2024 I found a drainage problem under my kitchen sink today. Even though it was a Saturday, I decided to call Lascko Services. I'm so glad I did. Tony came up and with a half hour or less, he had this fixed in my crawl space. It was so good seeing him again. I knew I was getting quality service and it was like family taking care of me. Thanks Lascko for having such a great team from the office staff to all the workers that come to my house. You have a A++++ team! April 23, 2025 Dwayne was here today to do a semi annual inspection. What a great person. He was personable, very helpful, and help me decide why I should update my thermostat for the furnace. He will be back to install it in another couple days. I can't imagine NOT using this company for all my home needs. Great job Lascko for giving such great support to our area!
I had Nick Luter and Tanner Gentry come out today to access my furnace today and give me a price on the replacement of my furnace and add central air. They explained everything really well gave me a good price and time to discuss it with my fiance. Very nice, pleasant, and super professional young men. Very thorough and explained things Very well. I give both of these young men the five stars because they were very friendly and professional. Any bonuses available they surely would deserve one in my opinion. Thanks guys.

Tony We have been "maintenance customers" of Lascko Services for a few years. We recently had a "whole system" replacement of the furnace and air conditioning system. From Lee & Patrick (in the office) to Nick (the estimator) to Joe, Bobby and crew I found them to be professional, customer-friendly, fairly priced, and quite frankly a joy to work with. They did extra's to save us money - keeping the ductwork up to and including the filter box and moving my humidifier from the back side (hard to reach) to the front side. Once in a while we smelled gas. They did a total house pressure check, and guess what, found a union that needed to be tightened. We took estimates from 3 companies and selected Lascko. For us it was the right choice and I highly recommend this company.

I needed a new hot water heater and had gotten the run around from the DTE HPP program. So I called Lascko first thing this morning as I have been w/o hot water for 4 days. They were very sympathetic to my issue and said they could help. They sent Frank to assess the issue and he got right to work to help. What a wonderful young man he is and his co worker Alex have been so amazing. I have a new water heater and all is better! Friendly knowledgeable and amazing! I highly recommended Lascko! Thank you
Had a nice young man come to my moms house today for an estimate to replace a tub faucet, that we thought was the source of rust particles ending up in the bath water. Turns out the water heater is full of rust. Thank you Elijah for you honesty and help!
Waking up to no water in a blizzard is a nightmare. Lasckos team coordinated for Mike S to come out within hours of my call. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was going on. He gave great recommendations and educational materials to help in the future. The kids and the dog felt comfortable with him in our home, as did I. He never pressed for immediate decisions and gave me time think everything over and discuss with my partner. This is all why we are Lascko customers for life. Their number is now a permanent contact in my phone. 5 Stars!
