Lucas did a great job explaining all the things he was going to check to see if we could solve my ridiculous gas bill. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we found nothing that would cause this problem, but Lucas tried everything. He was courteous, fun to work with, and loves my dog. Great job.
This was my first time using Lascko for my plumbing repair. Our water heater broke down, and Lascko was able to get to me the same day I called. It turned out that the water heater needed to be replaced, and they were able to replace it that very day. Andrew arrived on time to do the work. He was impressive from the moment he arrived to the completion of his work. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He represents the company extremely well. I had central air and a new furnace installed, they were efficient, honest, not pushy and did great work! A week later the hot water tank was leaking, they came out the same day, again, great work and competitive pricing with warranty. They are local and give great customer service, highly recommend!!! Tanner is great as well as the entire team . Thank you for a great experience!
HVAC not coming on. Safety switch tripped. No service fee charged. Took 10 minutes. Also checked other parts if system. All ok.

Andrew Logan got in, did today's inspection and got out quickly. He set me up with another appointment for a different kind of inspection for later today, and gave me a recommendation on ways to keep our drains healthy. Overall Logan was kind, professional, and quick.

Elijah Everything was fast and professional from the initial phone call to the walkthrough and explaination of how the new water heater worked. He did a great job in cleaning up the water that our old heater had so rudely left and was very friendly and efficient.

I needed a new hot water heater and had gotten the run around from the DTE HPP program. So I called Lascko first thing this morning as I have been w/o hot water for 4 days. They were very sympathetic to my issue and said they could help. They sent Frank to assess the issue and he got right to work to help. What a wonderful young man he is and his co worker Alex have been so amazing. I have a new water heater and all is better! Friendly knowledgeable and amazing! I highly recommended Lascko! Thank you
Had a nice young man come to my moms house today for an estimate to replace a tub faucet, that we thought was the source of rust particles ending up in the bath water. Turns out the water heater is full of rust. Thank you Elijah for you honesty and help!
Waking up to no water in a blizzard is a nightmare. Lasckos team coordinated for Mike S to come out within hours of my call. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything that was going on. He gave great recommendations and educational materials to help in the future. The kids and the dog felt comfortable with him in our home, as did I. He never pressed for immediate decisions and gave me time think everything over and discuss with my partner. This is all why we are Lascko customers for life. Their number is now a permanent contact in my phone. 5 Stars!
