The technician Ashton was prompt and did a very thorough and complete job installing a new thermostat. The old one was from the 80s so long overdue. I appreciate that Ashton called me in advance to let me know when hed be coming. Id definitely call Gen3 Electric again. Miles F.
We hired GEN 3 to rewire our house in mid-December. It's a big project for us in terms of expense & priority; we're glad that we chose GEN3. The people we dealt with were fantastic. Started off with Josh T. coming out to do a Knob and Tube evaluation and then a 30-45 mins phone conversation explaining all my questions and concerns. The lead, Griffin, and his assistant Mike were wonderful. Showed up on time every day they were scheduled to do the work and finished the job as estimated/expected. In the morning, Griffin explained to us what they will be doing and updated us on what was done at the end of each day. They fixed things when we pointed out certain things we are not comfortable with. And we informed him on certain things can't be unplugged and he made sure that and communicated with us if it would be. True professionalism! I can't leave this review without mentioning the customer service, Jessica J. who was also wonderful to work with. She explained the paperwork, followed up about the next steps, and scheduled additional work when I pointed out that there was a missing outlet. As mentioned, it was a big project so even we forgot about it until it was done days later. Robert T and Jacob came out and finished the missing part within 2 hours. They also did a wonderful job. Overall experience is just fantastically wonderful!!! Clear communication - from the text message, email confirmations, and phone calls from the electrician before arrival. Respect our property - covering them before they do any of the work and making sure the place is clean before they leave. Explain to us what was done and make sure we are satisfied. Thank you all again!

I was surprised to receive a call regarding my service inquiry on a busy holiday weekend but a representative got back to me same day and was able to schedule me for service within a few days. Justin, the HVAC tech, was very prompt and clear in explaining what hed be doing to check my heating system. He listened carefully to my description of the issues and was able to provide maintenance and advice. The billing process was also very transparent which is appreciated. Overall happy with the service.
My 35 year old radiator heating system was not holding a pilot light. Arrived on time with 40 minute prior call. Diagnosed the problem, replaced thermo control in a timely fashion, info to watch out for, emailed receipt and done. No complaints, happy with Justin's service. Mario Felder 1/3/23
Cliff was great at giving a realistic assessment of what was going on with my 2 units; what was needed now and potentially in the future; and was able to turn around the next day and complete some additional repairs needed the next day. Appreciate Cliff's work and professionalism.

I always have a great experience when I call GEN 3. Today, Dave from GEN 3 removed a hanging light fixture in my kitchen, and install a new hanging light fixture. Dave is such a nice guy. Very polite and friendly. Willing to answer questions. And he certainly knows what he is doing. Not only did Dave install the new light, he also installed a dimmer switch for that light. And he advised me that there was no junction box inside the ceiling where the original light was hanging. That could be a problem! He added a junction box before installing the new light. The new light looks great and I am a happy camper today.
The electrician was very professional and thorough. His explanations were easy to comprehend so that I could make intelligent decisions regarding the electrical needs of my home.
Dontae was an extremely helpful, professional technician. He walked me through all of the diagnostics for my AC unit and gave me advice on future AC upgrades. I could not have been happier with his service and with GEN3s quick response to my emergency call. GEN3 will be the only call I make for future HVAC business.
Courteous, prompt, respectful of covid restrictions,. AC and new furnace install a few weeks ago, took two days. They had to return yesterday to add one last piece of pvc and that was completed in less than a hour. We had 4 other companies give us quotes etc, very happy we went with Gen3.
Evan was very professional and he was also very patient Evan did his work beautifully and neatly he was a pleasure to work with
