I called for service because my heater wasn’t functioning properly. Chad came out diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. He took the time to go over the condition of the heater and the options available to not only fix the current issue, but also future care . He was courteous, knowledgeable and tidy worker. I was impressed and signed on for annual service.

Jose is very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the issue with the PVC pipes. We were concerned with these pipes spraying water at the house instead of where they were supposed to discharge water: the curb. Not an easy task yet Jose was diligent and we are grateful for his help. Pipes work nicely now!

Alex was professional, courteous, and arrived when expected. This was an AC check and the unit had not been run since last summer. There was an issue noted by the technician and he followed up by checking on the outside unit- turned out the fan/motor was bad. He returned to headquarters to retrieve the part and returned to address the issue. Although all of this took an additional trip and extra time, Alex assured home owner that it would still be a one day service. He finished up close to 7:30 pm on the eve of a long holiday weekend. This is quite commendable! When I learned a part was needed, I was very pleasantly surprised that it would be addressed the same day. Woukd highly recommend Alex and Lowry. Also, technician very respectful of my home. #UNKNOWN#

Lowry saved the day! I was getting ready to go to work today. I discovered my 7-y/o hot water heater had very different plans for me. Thankfully, it was not a complete flood. Lowry service took good care of me. Shortly afternoon, Nicholas arrived, assessed the situation and we worked out a plan. He grabbed the heater from the warehouse and by 3:30 pm, a complete replacement system was installed. Nicholas (a rock star) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient in his work. I hoped, but did not expect, to have hot water today. Lowey turned a not- -so-wonderful day around for me and my family. Thanks Nicholas and Lowry!!
