I have used Lowry for 10 years. Never disappointed...My most recent job was with Tyler Heverly for plumbing. The problem was complex, but he solved it quickly. He went above and beyond. Tyler restored peace to my life and I am very grateful. Second (new) review: Mike did my AC tuneup today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything well and I was extremely pleased. Third review (3/7/25-service date): Steve, the electrician, did some electrical work. He also gave me proposals for future projects. He took a lot of time explaining and coming up with good ideas for lighting. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was friendly and I can tell he likes his job. I would definitely recommend Lowry (and I have). Fourth review: (service from 3/11/25). Nicholas installed my new hot water heater. He was very pleasant and professional. He was efficient and everything went smoothly. There were two technicians (Nicholas was the more experienced). What impressed me the most was how patient Nicholas was explaining, and how respectful they both were to the other. It was a long and tiring day, and I never heard anything in their voices that suggested frustration. It might have been a small thing to notice, but it made an impression and I admired it.

Chad is always very professional, on time and gives back any pertinent input on the furnace. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

Lowry services is a great business. They treat their customers AND their employees with great respect. I have done perhaps $40k business with them remodeling my basement and changing up everything involved HVAC, plumbing, etc. They are fair and offer an excellent warranty and very quick response. I am a loyal and happy customer. Michael B worked on our Carrier Infinity 2-zone system, i was using a filter that was too thick and restrictive and it started causing the system to shut down. He figured that out instantly. Zoned Infinity systems are not simple, there are a lot of settings that can be adjusted, and from the start it was very evident that Mike knew what he was doing. In fact, he works across 5 counties as a certified Carrier expert. To have someone with his skills working for/with Lowry to keep my system running perfectly is wonderful. I already was a big fan of Lowry, and now even more so. Mike also took the measurements that confirmed the multizone ductwork and the central blower/heater/AC units were running exactly on spec, which meant the original installation of a potentially complicated system was done correctly, another great reason to trust Lowry! Chris Burnett came by to check our HVAC. I have a periodic service contract, sometimes things are found that need attention. He checked everything thoroughly and showed me a few useful features on my thermostat I didn’t know about. He informed me our outside unit was dirty and wondered if I wanted the service. I was skeptical at first. He showed me the situation. If I was to do it myself, a bunch of screws would need to be removed and i would have to perform contortions around the unit in between my house and the unit, not great for my 65 year old back and that would take up most of a weekend day. The price he offered to do the job was reasonable. He did the job in an hour and showed me the before and after photos and the unit was very filthy and definitely needed cleaning. The unit won’t have to work quite as hard this summer, more cool for lower electric bill. That was the icing on the cake. Great job!

Electrician , Steve Clary, was great. He took time and patience to explain everything that was needed to fix a hard wired fire alarm problem. This was 8:00 pm and came back the next day to redo the system and get everything working properly. He clearly knows the electrical business . It was a pleasure and a relief to know we were in good hands . Cassandra, who took my original call was helpful and reassuring that she would have a technician call me shortly. A pleasant experience.

Dwayne did a great job troubleshooting our issue and was timely and helpful.

Carlos and Chris did a great job with the install. Service was quick and courteous and they took the time to answer my questions about the unit after the install.

We had a drain out side of the house and was clogged and o called Lowry services for help. From the person who picked up Kristin who handled the service call was very friendly and professional. From the time I made the call within an hour the techno called me to let me know when he would be arriving. A gentleman named Matt arrived for our technician. Only have the best things to say about him. He was courteous and friendly when he called and when he arrived he was very professional , courteous, friendly and on time. He walked me thru the problem that we had and also gave us advice on the issue. If there were more than 5 stars I would give it to him. I’d recommend Lowry for any plumbing problem.
