Travis performed preventative maintenance on my tankless water heater. He is always professional and does a great job!

Randolph Bauman did a fantastic job.. He arrived early. Checked my toilet. Looked under the tank, took a picture and showed me that there was mold and that the toilet has been probably leaking for some time. Gave me two estimates. Explained the difference between the two. And I picked the replacement one. He got to work in over two hours new toilet in and old toilet removed and disposed of. Very professional job. Cleaned up. Gave me my bill, and explained that I get a free service checkup for the future. I just called this morning, not expected to get a technician today, but they came through. I expected the job would take about 4 hours considering my bathroom was small and the working area tight. But Randolph Bauman did the best job I have seen. If I need a plumber in the future I will ask for Randolph.

Randy Bauman from Lowry’s came out to my home on August 4th 2025 because I had a leak coming from a pipe in my ceiling. Randy assessed the issue in the ceiling as well as checking other areas in my home that could potentially be causing the leak. Randy took time to write up the paperwork and then got to work, he did an amazing job and was finished in no time, he made sure to access the piping again to make sure there was no more leakage, I really appreciate when the technicians know exactly what they are doing. I appreciate his time and professionalism not to mention he is such a funny guy, thats why I choose Lowry’s!
I chose Lowry for a complete air conditioning. Install (outside compressor and air handler in the attic and replacing all flexible ductwork in the attic). I chose a mid range Rheem system, and although I had another proposal for the identical Rheem equipment that was lower, that contractor wouldn’t do the ductwork until the fall when the weather was cooler. Lowry’s lead installers, Jacob and Chris were outstanding - great communicators, professional and quality work. I deducted one star because the sales person had promised a one day installation and the job took three full days to complete (on 7/22/25). See subsequent reviews for follow up maintenance calls needed when system shut down. SUBSEQUENT POST #1: On 7/28/25, less than a week after we had new air conditioning equipment and ductwork installed, the system was no longer working. I called Lowry @7:30am and less than 5 minutes later I got a call from Carlos to let me know he was on his way to our home. He arrived less than 10 minutes later and did a thorough inspection of the newly installed system. The system “safeguards” automaticaly shut it down. He did a re-set, made adjustments to bring the airflow pressure to a proper level (allowing air-flow to our top and main floors to be more balanced). Carlos was prompt to arrive and was an extremely effective communicator (he gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and adjustments he made), friendly and professional. Now a full day after he came out our new a/c equipment is working great - delivering cooling to both floors in our home. Carlos earned the highest rating I could give and I will request him for future repair and annual maintenance appointments. He’s awesome!! SUBSEQUENT POST #2: Shortly after 12:00am on 8/1/25, 4 days after our first service call, the identical thing happened - the system shut down automatically. I called Lowry and received a text that service technician Michael B. would arrive between 11:30 and 11:45 am. He subsequently texted us that he was on his way and arrived around 11:30am. In addition to further adjustment to the air flow being needed, water had again accumulated in the drain pain which caused the "wet switch" to automatically turn off the system. In addition he discovered a "refrigerant leak sensor communication fault" that required a part he didn't have on his truck. Rather than initiate another service call from a new technician, he offered to go to the nearest location where he could secure a new switch and returned with it and a replacement MIRV 4 filter to replace the dirty pleated one we were still using from our previous system which he said caused "excessive static pressure". Despite the technical talk, Michael effectively communicated to us regarding the causes for the system shutting down. Like our previous service technician, Michael was friendly and professional. H e also seemed to be little more knowledgable and had a very visible "can do" attitude. He earned a "better than 5 stars rating" for his visit! So far (two days later), we're getter better distribution of cool air to both floors. NOTE TO OWNER: Thank you for your comments after our initial review. Yes, we would like to take you up on your offer- so please call us to have a discussion about what else Lowry can do to enhance our experience.
We’ve used Lowry several times for plumbing and electrical repair and always come away satisfied. They are very quick to respond to service requests and the work is always fully explained and done well. Randy was fantastic with our plumbing service this week. He assessed the problem quickly and presented several options to work with us for the best repair for our situation then completed all the work in just a few hours. You may be able to pay a little less elsewhere but the response, knowledge, and kindness won’t come with it. Highly recommended!
It was a great experience meeting Travis today. He was friendly, personable and, clearly, very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the benefits of my current water treatment system and offered helpful guidance on how to best manage the UV system. Travis was professional, easy to talk to and I appreciated his thoroughness. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with not only Jim's technical advice, but his customer focus as well. Jim always promptly responded to both texts and phone calls. Appreciate his sense of urgency in scheduling a service crew to come out so quickly. More importantly, Jim immediately offered a refund for a portion of the service when the crew identified an alternate solution that reduced labor and materials. As with the other services provided in the past, the entire Lowry team is always very professional and customer focused. Thank you!

Alex was very thorough and even told me about a product to clean the water drain from my system. I found him to be very engaging and informed. I hope he will return to my house for another preventative maintenance appointment in the future.

Lowry Services installed our unit 10 years ago. They've done routine check-ups every spring and fall to ensure our unit stays working properly. All of the techs have been knowledgeable, polite and professional. The customer service department is exceptional with friendly reps, reminder calls, scheduling and meeting my needs. Adam was our tech today, and he was kind, polite, connecting, made great eye contact, and delivered on-time, thorough and speedy service. Thank you Lowry Services. We highly recommend this company!

Lowry saved the day! I was getting ready to go to work today. I discovered my 7-y/o hot water heater had very different plans for me. Thankfully it was not a complete flood. Lowry service took good care of me. Shortly afternoon, Nicholas arrived, assessed the situation and we worked out a plan. He grabbed the heater from the warehouse and by 3:30 pm, a complete replacement system was installed. Nicholas (a rock star) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient in his work. I hoped, but did not expect to have hot water today. Lowey turned a not so wonderful day around for me and my family. Thanks Nicholas and Lowry!!

I had recently required the help of an electrician. Dale Koch came out knew how to fix the problem. He presented all the options I had in handling the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely use him again.
I can't say enough good things about the service & treatment I received today. From the moment I called to the time the electrician, Tim W left my home! I placed the call, they arrived & fixed my problem in less than 2 hours. Tim was literally my hero today! I can't thank you all enough! I highly recomend Lowry! You will NOT be disappointed!!!
