Mike came in to inspecty HVAC due to water leaking. Was able to diagnose issue quickly, showed me picture of problem and fixed it with no problem.

Brian is a tremendous asset for Lowry. He arrived to help identify a water leak source. He was very thorough and professional as he located a logged trap and replaced with an EZ-Trap with safeties & cleared up the water. He checked over the unit, finding no issues. I would highly recommend Brian and Lowry!

Pointed out clothes hanging on gas pipe to water heater a safety issue. Removed. Water pressure too high coming into house could create stress on pipes and appliances. Adjusted. Toilet replacement had more issues than anticipated. He pivoted and was able to complete job. Happy he saw some safety issues we were unaware of. Very personable and professional. Would request his services again.

Lowry Services installed our unit 10 years ago. They've done routine check-ups every spring and fall to ensure our unit stays working properly. Lowry saved the day! I was getting ready to go to work today. I discovered my 7-y/o hot water heater had very different plans for me. Thankfully it was not a complete flood. Lowry service took good care of me. Shortly afternoon, Nicholas arrived, assessed the situation and we worked out a plan. He grabbed the heater from the warehouse and by 3:30 pm, a complete replacement system was installed. Nicholas (a rock star) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient in his work. I hoped, but did not expect to have hot water today. Lowey turned a not so wonderful day around for me and my family. Thanks Nicholas and Lowry!!

Tom did a fantastic job installing a new outlet in my bathroom.

I had recently required the help of an electrician. Dale Koch came out knew how to fix the problem. He presented all the options I had in handling the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely use him again.
