Had my roof replaced on 6/12/25. They did an amazing job! Removed the shingles and replaced the entire roof with new plywood by 3pm. They still had enough time to do my shed roof, pack up, and leave my property clean and tidy. Two members of the crew clean up through the entire day. Keith, the project manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and supervised the crew through the entire project. He addressed my concerns, and was clear about any changes to the project. This project was the best home project experience. The salesman ( also Keith) delivered on everything he told me would happen. I strongly recommend Adam Vallaincourt roofing for any roofing project.

After the first day i felt I had a lack of judgement in hiring this company, but give Keith the project manager credit, he worked through some obstacles like rain for 2 days after roof was stripped, he came in on a Saturday to add more tarps in the rain, he dealt with different buildings, different roofing methods, some asphalt, some rubber, an 1800 home requiring sheathing, and a barn. In the end keith the project manager made this job a success, he went over and above to turn this job around and went out of his way to leave us a happy client. He communicated well, let us know what steps he was taking, listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. The completed job looked fantastic.

After calling Adam Vaillancourt Roofing, we were pleasantly surprised with a visit from Lance,( who we wanted to adopt as a grandson!) He was so knowledgeable, kind, caring & concerned. He took time to take videos & pictures of roof & attic, so we could see what needed attention. Once we accepted contract, it didn't take much time for Keith & his crew to do a very professional job of putting on new roof. Each member of crew knew what to do without many words being said. Keith took all the time needed to explain each step to us. After work was completed, the yard was left immaculate. We had a leaky section of our roof that had to get repaired. Our salesman Mike was professional and likeable. He was very thorough and transparent about pricing. We had a slight hiccup with matching our shingle color, but the problem was quickly and professionally resolved. The roof looks great. Thank you to Doug for leading the project and doing a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for gutters when I can afford it.

The crew of ten arrived at 7 A.M. and left at 6 P.M. with the reroofing job completed. Project manager Keith Fisher was outstanding. A industry veteran, his attention to detail and his concern for doing the job right were evident. More importantly, he knows how to get top-notch work from his team. Cleanup was amazing. Except for the new roof, you'd never know the Vaillancourt crew had been here. Kudos all around.

This company was very professional. I had a leak near a skylight . They came and investigated the problem, even crawling along the attic to find the problem. On installation day, they arrived on time and did a super job with the repair. I would definitely recommend this company! Employees were friendly, cleaned everything up and back to normal.. Job well done!

While we did not move forward with them, their thoroughness, professionalism, punctuality and detail was top notch. Very impressed with them from that standpoint.

Just had our almost 5000 sq ft 25 year old roof replaced. Team was done in a little over 8 hours, and did a great job. They left the house and yard spotless, and the installation looks great. With a 50 year product warranty, we know we will be passing this along to new owners. Tim was a great project manager, addressed any questions quickly, and explained each step of the job before they started. Only minor tweak - a fence gate was broken that has been in place since 2017. Easily enough corrected, so overall a 5-star job!

The best roofing service serving my area (Worcester county). They do a great job explaining scope of work and execute well on the day of the job. They have done work on my garage roof and fixing flashing around the chimney .. and they follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Last year I had my roof done by this company. This year I had some unrelated chimney work done & the mason who did the repair work said whoever did your roof did an excellent job, & the flashing around the chimney was done by an expert. Adams company also did the flashing work around the chimney.
