Very happy with my experience with Vaillancourt Roofing and my beautiful new roof! Each part of the process was explained to me in easy to understand terms. Brad was the salesman that took time to show me what needed to be done, Cat in scheduling was very thorough in the information she sent on what to expect each step of the way, and Jeremy the project manager and his crew worked a long, very cold day to get the roof done. Clean up was amazing! It was like they had never even been here. Thank you all for taking such good care of my home!

The whole experience was excellent, Mikecwas professional and courteous.

We had issues with the weather not cooperating so we had to wait for the work to be done. It was worth the wait, Cat in the office kept me updated and apologised for the delay even thought it was outside their control. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the team respected our property. Mike the project manager was very good and polite. We are very happy with the entire experience.

Justin was an outstanding project manager. He kept me up-to-date with progress and he helped me think through several parts of the project. He also was very helpful after the job was completed and prompt in his responses. It was also great to hear how positively he spoke of his team - "the best in the world".

Left a message about a roof dam after all our snowfall. Fast response, great customer service on phone. Once confirmed, they sent me an email introduction to the tech coming to my home (thought this was an awesome touch). Jose was punctual, professional, and kind! First time calling, but will use them again!

Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was responsive, thorough, honest, and reasonable with their pricing. For the first job we consulted them about, they ultimately concluded that the issue was not the roof, and they were right. That saved us a lot of money. Months later, when we had a different issue on the other side of the house, we immediately called Adam Vaillancourt to have them assess the situation. They came out, identified the issue, applied a temporary fix, then came out and permanently fixed the issue a few weeks later. Our service tech, Brian, is excellent, and I now call him our "roofing guy." Five star service all around.

While we did not move forward with them, their thoroughness, professionalism, punctuality and detail was top notch. Very impressed with them from that standpoint.

Just had our almost 5000 sq ft 25 year old roof replaced. Team was done in a little over 8 hours, and did a great job. They left the house and yard spotless, and the installation looks great. With a 50 year product warranty, we know we will be passing this along to new owners. Tim was a great project manager, addressed any questions quickly, and explained each step of the job before they started. Only minor tweak - a fence gate was broken that has been in place since 2017. Easily enough corrected, so overall a 5-star job!

The best roofing service serving my area (Worcester county). They do a great job explaining scope of work and execute well on the day of the job. They have done work on my garage roof and fixing flashing around the chimney .. and they follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Their prices are competitive and the customer experience is superior.

Last year I had my roof done by this company. This year I had some unrelated chimney work done & the mason who did the repair work said whoever did your roof did an excellent job, & the flashing around the chimney was done by an expert. Adams company also did the flashing work around the chimney.
