I have been using Bakers Brothers since I purchased my older home in 2016. I signed up for the Family Plan and it has been a blessing. Shortly after purchasing the home I my dishwasher died and Baker Brothers installed the new one. My garbage disposal died and they replaced it. The home inspector warned me that the hot water heater was well past it's prime and to replace it but I didn't. Not until 11:00 pm on a Saturday night when it finally died and leaked water everywhere. Baker Brothers replaced it that evening. This latest issue was gas related. The gas company shut the gas off immediately and within a few hours, Baker Brothers was here assessing and replacing everything that needed to be replaced. I have an older home and there have been other minor issues and Baker Brothers has handled all of it. Everyone that works for Bakers Brothers has been friendly, polite and professional. I trust them completely! Thank you, Bakers Brothers!

First of all, I did not realize Baker Bros had people to solve problem late. Daniel got here a little before 10 pm and went right to work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Both kitchen sinks were blocked up, with crud coming up and sticking to the sinks. Daniel cleared the blockage then even washed the sinks for us. He also recommended a maintenance product to help keep it from happening again. My wife and I were very pleased.

We feel like we get a great value with the family plan. I love the fact that the customer service is always so great and we are never made to feel like a service is being sold to us unnecessarily. Dylan was very friendly. We appreciate all the techs who have been to our house.

Great installation of my 4 water heaters! Everything looked balanced and well put together. Both techs were always careful to protect hallways and walkways as they pulled the units into the home. I appreciate so much that they stayed very late to wait for HVAC tech to arrive afterwards to troubleshoot the AC controller that was malfunctioning after power was reset for the water heater install. They stayed professional the whole time despite having NOT eaten all day to finish the work. Great guys!!!!

Dustin did a great job. I appreciate how he explained the process and walked me through all my questions. I also appreciate how he ensured the working areas were clean before he left. I would definitely do business again with Baker Bros. because of Dustin and would want him to me my go to person.

Zach was great! He had a great attitude and explained everything very well. He checked everything from top to bottom and made us aware of all of options to fix the issue or do a replacement service. 10 out of 10.

Sam was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in fixing the electrical issues in our home. I was impressed by his work ethic and attention to detail. His expertise was evident as he quickly diagnosed the problems and explained the steps he needed to take for the repairs.

Brenden did a fantastic job. He couldn't find anything mechanically bad but checked all the possible systems to be sure. He made some minor adjustments such turning my fan speed up, lowering my temperature slightly from my 77 degrees, put the blower on contineous instead of intermittent. He also checked the temps inside my ductwork and said it was the same until he got to the fartherest bedroom and bathroom from the central unit, where it dropped 4 degrees. This will allow me to use my ductwork camera to see if I have any holes in this far area of ductwork and correct the problem. I would welcome Brenden back any time.

James Mendoza and his assistant Casey were great. I had what I thought was a small plumbing issue that became a bit more complicated. James talked me through all of my options. They were on site longer than expected but as always with BBros the job was completed to all our satisfactions. As a Family Plan member I like that I have a solid company that I can call or call back and know that they stand behind their work and it will be up to code if that is necessary.

Dustin was fantastic!!! Went way beyond the scope of his work. He worked late to finish the job. Very much appreciated considering it was a Friday before a 3 day weekend. Hats off for upper management allowing Dustin to drive a total of 3 hours to get a part and not charging me for the drive time. When I have plumbing needs in the future I will be calling Bakers Brothers.

Victor was awesome! He was able to fix everything we needed. He was helpful and offered suggestions to help us decide on future projects we asked him about. He was honest and very knowledgeable. We will always ask for him for any of our electrical needs.

Cooper is THE best! I am so glad he ended up being assigned to our case. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and worked tirelessly for hours until the job was complete. He did the job well and pretty complicated backyard leak was patched up within the day. He also was extremely informative and anytime I came out to ask any questions (whether related to the job or other general plumbing questions), he was happy to share his knowledge with me in a very kind and patient way. I will definitely be requesting Cooper directly from Baker Brothers anytime I have any plumbing needs. He's a rockstar, make sure you keep him! Thanks Cooper!

Cristian Arias did a wonderful job! I got 7 different quotes, and he is the only one I felt would do a great job and had a great deal for the project! He worked so hard in this 100 degree weather and we couldn’t have been happier with the time and effort he put in on the job from the estimate to the final installation and work. He answered my million questions and was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Two thumbs up!!!

All three reps were very quick to respond and very helpful. Gus (and his helper) was especially knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Technician was timely, answered my questions and was very professional.

I had a breaker that would trip frequently. Brandon was immediately able to diagnose that the breaker was faulty. He went above and beyond to replace the breaker the same day even though he had to go out of his way to procure the replacement. I'm very happy with the level of service I received.
