Siraj was wonderful. I received a text message when he was on his way, he was friendly, thorough and did an excellent job checking on our AC unit. I love the monthly program that C&c offers allowing us to pay a small amount monthly to cover both an AC and furnace check. We’ve been loyal customers for a few years now and can always count on them for great service!

Update: June 2025 Yearly mnt. Noah was great, thorough, took time to explain & did a super job in cleaning the unit. Update: Aug. 2024 Desmon L. did my annual AC check. He is very thorough, and answers all questions. Another great service experience. 2023 Comment: Desmon L. performed my yearly furnace check. He was thorough, polite, pleasant and personable. He also adjusted the amount of water flowing into the humidifier and explained why it needed adjustment. He graciously answered all my questions. Excellent service!
C&C was recommend to me by my Aunt because she has been so happy with them. The technician was professional, explained what he did and answered all of my questions. He covered his shoes before he walked through my house, which I greatly appreciated! The price for the furnace maintenance was reasonable. I called them this year for my air-conditioner maintenance and my technician Sal was awesome! He was professional and did a great job! My air is working great and the price again was reasonable. I highly recommend C&C and will use them again the future.
Update - We had an emergency, after-hours AC service call by Chris. He was prompt, efficient and thorough; and had our system cooling the house again in 30 minutes. Another great experience with a C&C tech. NOTE: Our experience with the (new?) AI after-hours emergency number wasn't pleasant, however. Over the past 20+ years, we always were able to reach a real person after hours. Another great maintenance call for spring 2025 - prompt, efficient, professional service, as always. We've been customers for 20+ years and purchased a new HVAC system from C&C/Hinson in 2023. We will continue our 2x/year maintenance and service. Sal T, our regular tech was unavailable, but Doug provided the expert service we've come to expect.

We highly recommend C&C Heating, from the estimate through the installation we found the crew to be very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew was right on time, and stayed until our entire installation was complete.
Tim did a great job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the extra time he took to clean the a/c condenser and tell me about screens available to keep the unit cleaner. I ordered an a/c screen as soon as he left. I will continue to rely on C & C for all heating and cooling work!
