Brian was very knowledgeable & helped us with what units would work best for us. He was here on time & very friendly & arranged for quick installation as we are on a time frame. I also would like to compliment C&C for the communication they gave us by texting us to let us know when they were on their way. The techs that installed our furnace and AC were Denise and Mark. We couldn't have had 2 better people. Denise was outstanding and knew her stuff. She took the time to explain everything to us that they were going to do and went over all the paperwork with us. Mark was just as efficient and both were very friendly and did a wonderful clean up when they were done! Denise went over all the things we had to do to maintain and marked things for us so we would know just where and what things were. You should be very proud of your company and your installers. I had my fall furnace maintenance check up done by Kayla from C&C. She checked everything out thoroughly made sure everything was working properly and answered all our questions we were happy, job well done.

Kelly T is a outstanding technician! Kelly found that my previous tech missed that my freon level was 1.5 lbs low and that I should have been receiving 1/2 lb free with my membership of which was missed. It's hard going behind another person's work, which is why you need to know your job. Kelly T showed me that today. Your employer is fortunate to have you on their team.
