Another great maintenance call for spring 2025 - prompt, efficient, professional service, as always. We've been customers for 20+ years and purchased a new HVAC system from C&C/Hinson in 2023. We will continue our 2x/year maintenance and service. Sal T, our regular tech was unavailable, but Doug provided the expert service we've come to expect.

Sal is still the best.(4/18/25) SALWAN T. (name on the receipt) was very kind and helpful. I described what I could of the problem, and he diagnosed it right away. He explained that the condensate pump gets a lot of work over the life of the HVAC unit, and needed to be replaced. He did this quickly and cleaned the space afterward. The new pump is much quieter and he made sure it worked properly before he left. I have to say being a club member had something to do with his being here within four hours of my call, and I was glad he was here so soon, as the furnace was working only intermittently.

Kevin arrived on schedule and promptly went about his business of a maintenance appointment! He greeted us as always with a warm smile and promptly checked out the furnace and air conditioning unit to ready us for our upcoming summer! He found a situation with the ac and did the repair immediately. He took the time to chat with me after the work was completed, pet Freddy, and wish us a good day! I have never had any issues with Kevin or any other service technician who have come to my home! A very satisfied customer!
