Zac educated me on what I needed to know and provided a sense of calm when I was literally feeling completely overwhelmed and powerless by the situation (i.e. frozen pipes, a pipe bursting, no water in house, no heat in house, all while not being home!) Tim and Logan also did their parts, both of which were significant, and together, they all played a piece in the overall solution. called acuhinachie the other day for a busted water heater got Makayla on the phone and she was very responsive on getting a professional out here. She was very informative on how they set up appointments and there was no confusion with the dispatch fee. Got me a new water heater and now i can take a hot shower. Thanks makayla for booking my appointment and being so polite. I'll be calling again with any other plumbing needs in the future.

Today I had my water heater go out, so I called Auchinachie services I spoke with a guy named Luke, he informed me a I could get this issue taken care of within a couple of hours. The two Gentlemen who arrived were Rashad and Jeffrey, they were pleasant and provided myself and my spouse with multiple options. I choose to go with a silver option, when they did not make me feel bad about or pressure me to choose. They did an amazing job, and have great personalities. I highly would advise calling Auchinachie, and asking for Jeffrey and Rashad. Thanks again guys! I also appreciate the Valve tag! So now I can shut the water off without hesitating. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!
